Israel’s right to self-defense cannot erase the rights of Palestinians living under occupation.
Occupation, blockade, and the large-scale destruction of civilian lives and infrastructure must be considered within the framework of genocide. An occupying power cannot justify widespread devastation and civilian casualties as self-defense against those it occupies. Both sides are bound by international law to protect civilians, but the overwhelming responsibility for avoiding mass casualties in Gaza falls on the militarily dominant force. The international community must hold all parties accountable for acts that may amount to war crimes or genocide.

Israeli landmark has always been Jerusalem, which has always been the bone of contention for both Arabs and Israel for thousands of years and the struggle has been, who has the right of inheritance, during all these wars Israel was dispersed losing their land to foreign occupiers from Yemen and other arab countries and today called Palestine by the ottoman. Back then Arabs had Ottoman and today Israel has America and UK and Europe. These guys helped them reclaim their stolen or what people will say conquered land... So saying the UN created Israel is false. Israel left the previous occupier's space to stay/share in a land that wasn't theirs and land that was also returned to Israel by conquest. If the Arabs claim is theirs by conquest, it's also Israel's by conquest. If they want peace they should let Israel have peace in their land and they too will enjoy peace. Having the proxies attack Israel and put people in danger by lying to them that land with a known landmark as old as Egypt or the Persian empire is for Palestine a new country and a younger country not even as old as Lebanon or Jordan. People should speak the truth. As long as the lies remain there will be more death on both sides.
