Personally, Vishnu(Krishna/Ram) give me a sense of happiness or bliss, Shiva and Hanuman give me strength and peace, and Maa Devi Shakti makes me feel protected.. IDK how to explain, but I feel like all of them are there for me, looking after me and taking care of me.. They're all my "Isht" devs, they're all one 😁

Personally, I see Lord Shiva as my guru, my teacher who is the guiding light in my life. At the same time, it's Krishna who I see as my dearest friend, companion, confidant, and my partner in every step of life. It's beautiful.

This has happened to me. On different times I was automatically connected to a different avatar of Brahman (Krishna, Ganesha, Shiva, Hanuman). Its like you dont select who you want to pray but its God’s avatar who wants to come into your life to give some wisdom to move to next step.
Yeah that's great and all . But there has to be an isth dev whom u connect to a deeper instinctual level . Only than the deity will help u as a divine guru to path of moksh . Otherwise u can worship here and there and be happy and living normal life . But in the spiritual journey through either bhakti or Tantric marg , there has to be one deity whom u have devoted ur 100 percent energy . Like Meera bai , Sant tukaram and many more .
I Worship lord kartikeya..I use talk to him like friend even he dont talk back..but he always ans my prayers..I feel that.. one time I ask him with full of tears what is life and what is right path to stay peaceful? The next day start popping up my ig , RUclips everywhere mahabarata..I'm like what is this? Cause i don't even mahabarata story. My family never guide me properly way of prayers..and suddenly I start watch it..I finish all the episodes and start finding of lord krishna and buy Bhagavad-Gita. I completely understand this is all lord kartikeya work. Since I ask him I wanna know what is life and peace. 1st day before open gita I talk to krishna 1st time I ask him why you chose me to come this long? And I open one page. I got one page line said because you're heart is so pure it is make me comes to you.. I was in full tears..the gita all my tears..and I start finding him more more ..ram avatar all. And i become vegeterian itself suddenly I can't eat meats also. And while worship rama shiva come in my dreams and flower from shiva frame fall..so for my spritual journey I understand worship rama / krishna shiva's blessings get fully. So I believe vishnu is supreme. And still I worship my kartikeya and talk to him as usual everyday last time I don't know kartikeya inner soul. Now I see him as narayana and I feel more connected now
Yes I believe everything you said. It is the reality that whoever we are praying with pure heart can show the right path toward the Supreme personality of Godhead. When Lord kartikeya showed you the path he took you to The Supreme Personality Krishna Himself (Portraited in Scriptures as incarnation of Lord Vishnu.. But He is the Actual Person who is coming down as incarnation) Shrimad Bhagvatam (The king of Puranas) described everything.

Personally, I see Lord Shiva as my mentor who guides me through different sectors in my life. He is who makes me believe that patience and dedication is the key to success. Maa Shakti gives me strength and makes me realise that if required to protect myself, how powerful I as a female can be and we are not vulnerable beings and also that she is by my side. And as for Hanuman ji and Ganesh ji they make me realise the importance of positivity and inner peace. Krishna gives me a sense of happiness and whenever I feel down, I listen to Krishna's flute available online.

This video was soo helpful!! I personally was particularly devoted to Krishna for a large part of my life. I was never "religious" as such but I mentally prayed to Krishna everyday. Recently however I have been drawn towards Durga, and I have been praying to Her. However this change was causing much disturbance in my mind as I began to feel as if I'm betraying Krishna by going towards Durga. But the experiences of this guy certify my belief that God guides in His own ways, and he draws us toward different forms of Him from time to time. It is Krishna who guided me to Durga, and Krishna and Durga are both One.
Lord Shiva has gave me happiness, positive blessings and all things that means positive blessings. I've experienced Lord Shiva, many times. (5 dreams, and also seen him 3 times in the sky). In the dreams, its always Lord Shiva hugging me, smiling at me and just listening to me when I speak and he has sent positive blessings to me. I can explain everything, but Imma keep it short and sweet. The 3 times I saw him in the sky. 1. I saw 2 Om's on the sky, then I saw Lord Shiva on the sky and the same day, I had a dream of Lord Shiva. He smiled at me, then he looked whats in frint of me, it was something evil, coming to harm me. Lord Shiva got mad and them he and stand next to me. The evil was rushing towards me and Lord Shiva just touched my shoulder. I felt his strong energy and blessing to make me defeat the evil. It took one punch and Lord Shiva smiled when I defeated the evil that was gonna affect me. And then. He hugged me, then I woke up. He also have been blessing me through the my life (even when I was just a baby), he has always been on my side and he is still on my side till' this day. Om Namah Shivaya! Har Har Mahadev! It's alright, one doesn't have to worship a God for their own gains. Devotion should be selfless and unconditional. Bramha has created this universe. So, one can worship him and be grateful for their existence.

My Guru diksha mantra is a Shiv mantra, so my first connection his to Him. Later, I grew deep connections to Ganesh, Ram, Devi (who is my isht) and recently I feel very deeply connected to Kartikeya/Murugan. I also honor Surya Bhagwan in my daily practice.
In my childhood my father told story about vinayaka and that drives me towards vishnu, then mahadev and mata shakti and lastly i ended with prabhu ganeshwar. Now i and ganeshwar bonded that no one , no circumstances can seperate us. Whenever i heard ganesh name something related to ganesh i get santosha stithi
This actually does happens. Even my personal experience is the same. My aaradhy Ganesh brought me to Bhagwan Krishn. And it happens really in a nice way.. Lots of pressure and questions automatically get generated in the mind and after some time we get the answer of the same question in detail..all doubts get solved and finally get on one single path, where you don't need to get stress abt what to do and which God have to be satisfied...who ever you are worshiping, just with determination pray him or her to show you a right path in bhakti, and you will get surprised with the result... In my understanding… our life revolves around vibrations of our energy. In Hinduism different gods represents different roles which are requirements of a devotee that will help in manifestation of the prayers of a devotee with immense devotion,through one’s own vibrations of the energy field.
I’m from the West, so I didn’t grow up in India, but I’ve studied off and on for years about Sanatana Dharma. I was at first extremely drawn to Shiva. I then shifted my focus to Krishna and Vishnu when I learned more about the cultural/theological differences in thought. I then tried to include Lakshmi, and also Shakti. But I didn’t fully integrate into Vaishnava belief (maybe because I’m not on a community for it). I loved Ram immensely for a time, but more recently, it’s been Hanuman that touches my heart. He’s so pure that you can’t help but see God in who he is. For right now, Hanuman is teaching me a lot just by how my heart responds to that.
Hanuman an is a pure form strength and virtues. So is Ram and Shiv. Krishna is a well of devine wisdom. Krishna is multi-dimensional. He is a lover, advisor, protector. He is only only one who spoke at length. His wisdom is in the Bhagavat Gita.

Shriman Narayan makes my heart flutter with love and Mahadev gives my mind the utmost peace and serenity. One pleases my heart and one pleases my mind. Both are my soul. For me, I think there is one god and he is Maha Vishnu. He manifests himself in many forms to create, sustain, and destroy the multiverse. He appears to people in many forms according to what those people want to see. When we see a multidimensional entity we will not be able to understand it. So we will see that entity in whatever way we can process. That's why lord Krishna gave the divine eye to Arjuna so he could see the true form of the lord. I began my journey as an atheist from Sri Lanka and I was shocked and amazed by how advanced the concept of Maha Vishnu is. It is beyond any scientific explanation that has been brought so far. It is truly divine. The very question of who is the supreme god or who you should worship is irrelevant in my opinion.
In my life until now, I have been inclined towards many deities. I worshipped Lord Shiva & he guided me towards Maa Shakti, I worshipped Lord Hanuman & he guided me towards Lord Rām, then when I read Bhagavad Gita, I got inclined towards Lord Krishna. All these deities have paved a path for me towards ParBrahman Parmātmā (ॐ) & I know this is my last destination becoz now no one is above this supreme divine energy, currently I am reading upanishads to further enhance my knowledge. When that hand of strength leaves you alone in this world and your family is looking forward for your support , you feel insecure and you have no clue on what to do. Especially being a girl, you have lot of traumas and insecurities that you cant share with anyone. And when you need to stand as a pillar of strength for your family. Seriously, Lord ayyapa taking me through Lord Shiva. Trust me Or not when I'm trying to connect my doubts. In fact, I told my family members some energy is forcing me to go there. I realised completely after watching this. I literally visited thirumanamalai which was completely unplanned while I was returning home after visiting Ayyapa. I consider Ayyapa as my friend. Many things have happened after that where I was taking to Shiva.
I'll tell you.. one fine day I was at my lowest emotionally that night I was so hurt that I told myself that nobody is coming to save me I have to be and feel this pain then oneday Actually, the day after or two passes, and the Lord actually speaks to us in some form. I believe he has seen me at my lowest and heard me that night, This person I met gave some advices that opened my mind and after speaking and listening to every inch of what he conveyed me, it was a burst of inspiration that momenent actually reminded me that god is there... I still remember the smell of the sandalwood incense.. and now I have found a spiritual yoga teacher, a shaivite, and I think I am being directed to shiva

I Worship lord kartikeya..I use talk to him like friend even he dont talk back..but he always ans my prayers..I feel that.. one time I ask him with full of tears what is life and what is right path to stay peaceful? The next day start popping up my ig , RUclips everywhere mahabarata..I'm like what is this? Cause i don't even mahabarata story. My family never guide me properly way of prayers..and suddenly I start watch it..I finish all the episodes and start finding of lord krishna and buy Bhagavad-Gita. I completely understand this is all lord kartikeya work. Since I ask him I wanna know what is life and peace. 1st day before open gita I talk to krishna 1st time I ask him why you chose me to come this long? And I open one page. I got one page line said because you're heart is so pure it is make me comes to you.. I was in full tears..the gita all my tears..and I start finding him more more ..ram avatar all. And i become vegeterian itself suddenly I can't eat meats also. And while worship rama shiva come in my dreams and flower from shiva frame fall..so for my spritual journey I understand worship rama / krishna shiva's blessings get fully. So I believe vishnu is supreme. And still I worship my kartikeya and talk to him as usual everyday last time I don't know kartikeya inner soul. Now I see him as narayana and I feel more connected now

Yes I believe everything you said. It is the reality that whoever we are praying with pure heart can show the right path toward the Supreme personality of Godhead. When Lord kartikeya showed you the path he took you to The Supreme Personality Krishna Himself (Portraited in Scriptures as incarnation of Lord Vishnu.. But He is the Actual Person who is coming down as incarnation) Shrimad Bhagvatam (The king of Puranas) described everything.

Personally, I see Lord Shiva as my mentor who guides me through different sectors in my life. He is who makes me believe that patience and dedication is the key to success. Maa Shakti gives me strength and makes me realise that if required to protect myself, how powerful I as a female can be and we are not vulnerable beings and also that she is by my side. And as for Hanuman ji and Ganesh ji they make me realise the importance of positivity and inner peace. Krishna gives me a sense of happiness and whenever I feel down, I listen to Krishna's flute available online.

This video was soo helpful!! I personally was particularly devoted to Krishna for a large part of my life. I was never "religious" as such but I mentally prayed to Krishna everyday. Recently however I have been drawn towards Durga, and I have been praying to Her. However this change was causing much disturbance in my mind as I began to feel as if I'm betraying Krishna by going towards Durga. But the experiences of this guy certify my belief that God guides in His own ways, and he draws us toward different forms of Him from time to time. It is Krishna who guided me to Durga, and Krishna and Durga are both One.

Lord Shiva has gave me happiness, positive blessings and all things that means positive blessings. I've experienced Lord Shiva, many times. (5 dreams, and also seen him 3 times in the sky).
In the dreams, its always Lord Shiva hugging me, smiling at me and just listening to me when I speak and he has sent positive blessings to me. I can explain everything, but Imma keep it short and sweet. The 3 times I saw him in the sky. 1. I saw 2 Om's on the sky, then I saw Lord Shiva on the sky and the same day, I had a dream of Lord Shiva. He smiled at me, then he looked whats in frint of me, it was something evil, coming to harm me. Lord Shiva got mad and them he and stand next to me. The evil was rushing towards me and Lord Shiva just touched my shoulder. I felt his strong energy and blessing to make me defeat the evil. It took one punch and Lord Shiva smiled when I defeated the evil that was gonna affect me. And then. He hugged me, then I woke up.
He also have been blessing me through the my life (even when I was just a baby), he has always been on my side and he is still on my side till' this day.

It's alright, one doesn't have to worship a God for their own gains. Devotion should be selfless and unconditional. Bramha has created this universe. So, one can worship him and be grateful for their existence.

My Guru diksha mantra is a Shiv mantra, so my first connection his to Him. Later, I grew deep connections to Ganesh, Ram, Devi (who is my isht) and recently I feel very deeply connected to Kartikeya/Murugan. I also honor Surya Bhagwan in my daily practice.
In my childhood my father told story about vinayaka and that drives me towards vishnu, then mahadev and mata shakti and lastly i ended with prabhu ganeshwar. Now i and ganeshwar bonded that no one , no circumstances can seperate us.

This actually does happens. Even my personal experience is the same. My aaradhy Ganesh brought me to Bhagwan Krishn. And it happens really in a nice way.. Lots of pressure and questions automatically get generated in the mind and after some time we get the answer of the same question in detail..all doubts get solved and finally get on one single path, where you don't need to get stress abt what to do and which God have to be satisfied...who ever you are worshiping, just with determination pray him or her to show you a right path in bhakti, and you will get surprised with the result...

In my understanding… our life revolves around vibrations of our energy. In Hinduism different gods represents different roles which are requirements of a devotee that will help in manifestation of the prayers of a devotee with immense devotion,through one’s own vibrations of the energy field.
I’m from the West, so I didn’t grow up in India, but I’ve studied off and on for years about Sanatana Dharma. I was at first extremely drawn to Shiva. I then shifted my focus to Krishna and Vishnu when I learned more about the cultural/theological differences in thought. I then tried to include Lakshmi, and also Shakti. But I didn’t fully integrate into Vaishnava belief (maybe because I’m not on a community for it). I loved Ram immensely for a time, but more recently, it’s been Hanuman that touches my heart. He’s so pure that you can’t help but see God in who he is. For right now, Hanuman is teaching me a lot just by how my heart responds to that.
Hanuman an is a pure form strength and virtues. So is Ram and Shiv. Krishna is a well of devine wisdom. Krishna is multi-dimensional. He is a lover, advisor, protector. He is only only one who spoke at length. His wisdom is in the Bhagavat Gita.

For me, I think there is one god and he is Maha Vishnu. He manifests himself in many forms to create, sustain, and destroy the multiverse. He appears to people in many forms according to what those people want to see. When we see a multidimensional entity we will not be able to understand it. So we will see that entity in whatever way we can process. That's why lord Krishna gave the divine eye to Arjuna so he could see the true form of the lord. I began my journey as an atheist from Sri Lanka and I was shocked and amazed by how advanced the concept of Maha Vishnu is. It is beyond any scientific explanation that has been brought so far. It is truly divine. The very question of who is the supreme god or who you should worship is irrelevant in my opinion.

What you said is perfect. No bias. But the confusion is predominantly we are leading a materialistic oriented life. At that level everything is okay. But at certain point in our life may in any one of our next. Birth automatically our turns towards spirituality. At that point we can think of one supreme with which we identify with. At that point our only goal is to be with that supreme.

Seriously, Lord ayyapa taking me through Lord Shiva. Trust me Or not when I'm trying to connect my doubts. In fact, I told my family members some energy is forcing me to go there. I realised completely after watching this. I literally visited thirumanamalai which was completely unplanned while I was returning home after visiting Ayyapa. I consider Ayyapa as my friend. Many things have happened after that where I was taking to Shiva.

I'll tell you.. one fine day I was at my lowest emotionally that night I was so hurt that I told myself that nobody is coming to save me I have to be and feel this pain then oneday Actually, the day after or two passes, and the Lord actually speaks to us in some form.
I believe he has seen me at my lowest and heard me that night, This person I met gave some advices that opened my mind and after speaking and listening to every inch of what he conveyed me, it was a burst of inspiration that momenent actually reminded me that god is there... If I remember, there is a small ganesha shrine here near my hometown, and years ago whenever I walked, just passing, I will bow my head, and do namaskara hand gesture.. I still remember the smell of the sandalwood incense.. and now I have found a spiritual yoga teacher, a shaivite, and I think I am being directed to shiva

According to Astrological deduction 5th house Lord , 1st house Lord , 7th , 8th house Lord and 10th house lord planet related to a particular god . If you worship the god then you will get better results than random choosing anyone . Normally 5th , 8th Lord planets god more effective results.
