Joanne Bouchard Thanks for watching! And you're welcome. I was sceptical at first, but in the end, I'm glad I did it and I'm very grateful for the leftovers.
I don't claim ownership of any of these recipes, I just aggregated them. But, I made all of them again recently, and fell in love with them more than I did the first time. It may take longer than takeout, but homemade is SOOOOOO much better. Let me know how they turn out!
I love, love, love, your channel! I absolutely love making anything homemade. I’ve made chipotle vegan bowls. I cannot wait to try out this mock chipotle burrito recipe. I appreciate all your hard work in giving us such wonderful content! ✌🏼🔆♥️
You're totally right. It's a bit of work up front, but you'll be so happy that you have all of these items on hand to mix and match and make new meals with. Great tip!
Wow this looked like a giant pain in the ass, but I appreciate the effort!! I will be trying out that sofritas recipe next time we make burrito bowls. Thanks!
I made it again recently, and I have to take back everything I said negatively about making it yourself at home. It's sooooooo good! And honestly, better than Chipotle.
Better now than never! Yeah, it's worth it. My partner requests this all the time, but ends up just going to Chipotle because I'm not making it fast enough. Haha.
Team Broccoli It came out pretty spicy. Mostly from the jalapenos. If you didn't want it spicy, I think you could just omit the jalapenos and everything would be mild. The pablanos don't have really any heat. You could use green bell peppers if you wanted to be absolutely sure.
"Why would you want to make Chipotle at home?" I used to think this exact same thing and then I moved to London where this is no Mexican food and one sub-par Chipotle lol
Then you're going to love this collection of recipes. I can't really take credit for developing any of them, but I have linked them all together and tested them thoroughly. I just made all of these components again a few weeks ago, and they were all amazing once again. Over time I've answered the question "Why?" for myself, and it's because it's delicious and because I can. Haha.
No Chipotle anywhere near me so thanks for this video.

I know how that goes, Joanne. Our closest Chipotle is an hour away, so I was THRILLED to find this video.
Thank you for posting this. I have to drive an hour an a half to enjoy Chipolte.
Your work is appreciated.

You can crisp up the poblano in the air fryer too!
nellievance Genius!
Nellievance, you are right and I love how the air fryer roasts red peppers, too.

Thanks so much for the love! I appreciate it.
Oh yum!!! I moved to a very small town an hour away from anything and I miss Chipotle!! Thank you.
I'm just finding this video, but this would be great for meal prep. A lot of work on 1 day but if you do a bigger batch you could eat it all week!

A bit of extra work, but definitely delicious, and worth the time.
This is a must try for meal prep!

Mad knife skills!
Thanks! Cooking plants requires you to cut up a lot of stuff.
Wow this is awesome thanks 😃
Wow! You sold me on going to Chipotle....I’ve never been! LOL
It's so good! I went again 2 days ago, and it didn't disappoint.
Monson Made This We went yesterday and loved it! Thanks again!
I know I’m 3 years late🙈, but looks so yummy... I think it’s definitely worth making at home😋😋😋

Where did you get the violife?!? I've been dying to try it.
In Las Vegas, there is a coffee shop called Joe Maxx that sells it.
I live in Vegas, thanks!!!! WOOT!
Looks amazing, is it as spicy at Chipotle's? Or not as spicy?

Use a little care in combination with a propane torch for to make the peppers. Folks, it is really not all that.
I'm not sure I understand..

I want to make my own chipotle because the restaurant tables are always dirty, the staff consistently is lax on kitchen hygiene.
Chipotle? Not where I live either! Too bad...........
Well, then here you go! Make it and let me know what you think.
nice but 98 minutes for rice?? damn bruh
I know. But it is a great rice cooker, that you just fill and forget. As long as you plan ahead, it's perfect.
"Not sure if its worth the time making it" Lazy bastard!
Lazy? I DID do it! Haha.
This is the whitest thing I’ve seen. But good stuff lol.
This? Really? I'm sure I've done a lot worse.
