3rd place -- I would have placed the mark somewhere in a state surrounded by sea because those tall palm trees grow near sea side
4th place -- Instantly recognized it because it is my home. this train is known as a toy train. even a 80 year old grandma can run faster than it

The only reason I would've gone southern India for the 3rd guess was most of the people were dark skinned. North Indians generally tend to be lighter skinned than south.
If not that I wouldve made the same guess as you
