People say Costume’s vocals are bad. I disagree I like his vocals. The End is so underrated, and I hope The End V2 is in the mod for the hotfix update.
I just realised that in All-Stars Act 4 Ultra M mimicking not only voices, but also their song motives. For example, I recognized Omega's part (Act 2), Costume's part (The End), reference to Paranoia and Dark Forest. This is f**king genius.
Abandoned is based on the series “SM64 Classified” where Luigi drowns in the Dire Dire docks level in the underwater town. Those notes in the mechanic of the song are actually in the real Mario 64 game and serve to lower or raise the water level in the stage.
I allways in my headcanon is Alone is after All stars although I know the truth It just feels nicer Where gf and bf are still in the realm although they are dead still have fun. And try to comfort lugi I imagine lugi being more sad due to Ultra M's victory over the two as he may or could have been free

Just finished the video, here’s what I have to say The ranking itself was great, this is pretty much how I’d rank them except maybe racetraitors and powerdown (which I would put both higher) and swap paranoia and all stars My only issue is that the text went wayyy to fast almost making it impossible to read it without pausing. Overall a great video with great takes.

The entirety of Classified Castle is based off of Greenio’s SM64 Classified series, which is a Mario 64 Analog Horror series, it’s great and I do suggest you give it a watch. For me there is not a song that I hate, I enjoy every song, obviously some over others, but all songs are great.

It's not being fast, it's being too fast, golden land keeps a good balance, listen to the end part of demise or the part with the level 1-2 it falls off pretty hard, and unbeatable is still top 10, that's not really low, I like the first section and don't like the other two, and act 4 is way too fast

Every Luigi one is fucking awesome, hands down. They each embrace a unique feeling and experience. From being drowned slowly, to the lack of being capable of saving, to the hatred and jealousy, to the extreme measures of powerlessness, no matter the amount of heat one can be packing.

I'd say it's a crime how low "No party" and "Nourishing Blood" are, but I realized that those songs are specifically right up my alley, so fair enough.
One feature that could have been added to overdue that i think would have made the final sequence so much more intense would be that the more health you lose, the closer MR.L gets to you, and you actually get to see him running after pico. That would make the player feel so much urgency to hit the notes and would make the final sequence much more intense imo.
I love that the last character ultra m mimics before killing bf is turmoil (mainly because both of their songs end with him killing you by stabbing you in some way)

This is a cool ranking! I mostly agree but honestly i put demise soo much higher its like top 3 for me 😂 i also agree with level 1 of Unbeatable being the peak, it sort of falls off after that. Honestly I think All Stars is awesome but maybe not number 1, it's amazing for a Finale but I sort of feel like the melodies blended together and became sludge after a bit. Also surprised with how high Untouchable is! It's honestly a pretty mid song for me but its cool to hear such a high opinion on it :D really solid video!
I find it really interesting that during the last bit in "A mad world without you", Ultra M's voice reverts back to M and then.... Mario. he sees what he has done, he understands the monster he's become. realizing that he is alone with no other real people. . . and it hurts.

The instrumental is an absolute banger, I love all of FriedFricks songs in this mod, they all have that same rock melody to them that I love. Like Apparition and Golden Land have the same kind of sound of rock beat 16:12 and 1:58. He just has his kind of “signature melody” kinda like Saster does when you can tell from a certain part of the song that he worked on it.

i dont know if its really possible to rank these in a way that everyone will be happy. which kinda adds to how good mario madness v2 was. Each song can be argued to be better than the other by..ANYONE. none really felt similar to the previous one (with the exceptions to the remastered songs. but they were remastered). each one had its own swing and its own tone. However i can agree with the first 5.

The End V2 is so much of a glow up compared to the one in the mod, and that one is already amazing. But what I don't like about most of the v2's is that their intensity felt dramatically lower (and I was hoping Golden Land would be longer). Oh, and one more thing... Free my boy Turmoil he deserves at least top 5, the instrumental is one of the best in the mod and the harmonies between Galoombf and Turmoil are incredible, and the art in Last Course reminds you that throughout the Chris Pratt and Grand Dad that this is still a horror mod.

This is a cool ranking! I mostly agree but honestly i put demise soo much higher its like top 3 for me 😂 i also agree with level 1 of Unbeatable being the peak, it sort of falls off after that. Honestly I think All Stars is awesome but maybe not number 1, it's amazing for a Finale but I sort of feel like the melodies blended together and became sludge after a bit. Also surprised with how high Untouchable is! It's honestly a pretty mid song for me but its cool to hear such a high opinion on it :D really solid video!

The instrumental is an absolute banger, I love all of FriedFricks songs in this mod, they all have that same rock melody to them that I love. Like Apparition and Golden Land have the same kind of sound of rock beat 16:12 and 1:58. He just has his kind of “signature melody” kinda like Saster does when you can tell from a certain part of the song that he worked on it.

Nearing the ending of Unbeatable, i feel like it's more than fair that the song goes that fast, likewise with Demise, it's very obviously a chase sequence and its entire rhythm makes you almost panic yourself, with so many notes to keep up with its both adrenaline filled yet an amazing beat to get into, and as for the speed of unbeatable at the end, well, they're nintendo, why would they make it any easier to try and beat them?

i dont know if its really possible to rank these in a way that everyone will be happy. which kinda adds to how good mario madness v2 was. Each song can be argued to be better than the other by..ANYONE. none really felt similar to the previous one (with the exceptions to the remastered songs. but they were remastered). each one had its own swing and its own tone.
However i can agree with the first 5.
At the end of powerdown, it was not actually BF saying help me. that was Lucas (The Luigi beheaded in the bg) Saying "SOMEBODY HELP ME!" Since he was MX's victim before the couple.

The End V2 is so much of a glow up compared to the one in the mod, and that one is already amazing. But what I don't like about most of the v2's is that their intensity felt dramatically lower (and I was hoping Golden Land would be longer).
Oh, and one more thing... Free my boy Turmoil he deserves at least top 5, the instrumental is one of the best in the mod and the harmonies between Galoombf and Turmoil are incredible, and the art in Last Course reminds you that throughout the Chris Pratt and Grand Dad that this is still a horror mod.
