One thing I've noticed about your G-Code is that you have a lot more Z-Axis travel than the guy with the lens contamination issues. Is that just a coincidence?
Those were actually the same machine. The lens contamination issues happened after was there. Z lift height is super important for high production, and also for tipup avoidance, but as far as I know its not a factor in lens contamination issues.
The job @ 5:00 can be processed more efficiently by using Fly Cut.
Has anyone successfully cut 1/4" with air and 3kw? I have been able to cut 3/16" with just a slight burr.
Suction cups for the sheet loading might be nice.
