  • Cake recipe with two types of chocolate mousse.
    The cake that deserves to be on holiday tables and more.
    A spectacular cake that will impress the whole family, not only by its appearance but also by the combination of taste.
    I chose to make a fluffy, airy cocoa sponge cake, well syrupy.
    The syrup can be flavored according to everyone's taste with various flavors: vanilla, rum, chocolate.
    Mousse creams are among my favorites; they conquered me immediately.
    Milk chocolate can be replaced with dark chocolate.
    INGREDIENTS

    Sponge cake: 23 cm

    6 eggs
    140g sugar
    100 g flour
    30g cocoa
    20g cornstarch
    5g baking powder
    30 ml vegetable oil

    70g whipped cream 30% fat (hot)
    2g gelatin granules
    2 tablespoons water
    100g whipped cream 30% fat (cold)
    White chocolate mousse

    100g white chocolate
    70g whipped cream 30% fat (hot)
    2 g gelatin granules
    2 tablespoons water
    100g whipped cream 30% fat (cold)
    LAYER 2

    140g powdered sugar
    100g melted and cooled chocolate (at room temperature)
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    400g Philadelphia cream cheese (at room temperature)
