What exactly do you mean by diversify?...i eat typically the same exact foods daily with like 2 different breakfasts i rotate, 2 or 3 different dinners im always eating, and i have Crohns... my weekly shopping lists are almost identical. Does this mean diversify as in stop eating the same foods all the time? Eat a lot of different things for breakfast, dinner etc ? Sorry for the dumb question.
I’m working hard at fixing my own dysbiosis and leaky gut and reverse my RA symptoms. Things are feeling better. I know it can be done so stay positive and work on healing your gut!

What foods should we avoid if we have leaky gut?
It is extremely important to try to avoid as many processed foods, alcohol, sugary drinks, etc. as possible and focus on diversifying your diet!
I have leaky gut bc of H Pylori and as a result I got rheumatoid arthritis…. 😢
