Dear Sewing Therapy, I am watching your videos for my mom. She is trying to sew for me but I don't know much about the sewing terms. In the size key what does "0-2-4-6-8.." mean? Is it US sizes or something else?

I've made the dress, love it! Your tutorial is so easy to follow, thank you. Could this top part also be made into a more fitted blouse, long enough to tuck it into a skirt?
Consider choosing a smaller size or increasing the seam allowance to achieve a more fitted top, and extend the waistband length to allow for tucking in the top.☺️

@@ellapunto9427 as soon as I realised Sarah is sewing the same pieces, but with different fabrics, it was not hard to follow. Maybe that helps.
