    Thank you for this pattern and tutorial. I made mine from some beautiful Japanese linen in my stash. Quilted it yesterday and attaching binding today. How wide did you make your binding in this video tutorial?

    Might I ask what size you made the grey/black baeja? I am about your size, but prefer a slightly more fitted look. Thanks!

      I just watched the part where you cut out the pattern! I see you aren't making XS, and that's all I needed to know. Very helpful when we actually watch the entire video. ;) Thank you for such lovely instructions!

    Hi, Sara...I'm am in the process of making this but my pattern does not seem to have a marking for pocket placement. Am I missing something?

    • @kimdrew1005
      @kimdrew1005 15 дней назад

      You can place the pocket wherever you prefer. Try on main piece for decision

    Hi Sara. I know this is a basic question but sometimes I get so overwhelmed that I forget the basics. When you're tracing the pattern onto the fabric, is the fabric right side up? Or wrong side up?

    • @meremeth
      @meremeth Месяц назад +1

      Just pick a side and stick to it, it doesn't matter which you choose.
      The only think to think about is if there's a complicated print on the fabric, or if the fabric has nap you need to make sure you're cutting in a way that matches on the finished garment.
      (So the nap isn't up and down next to each other, and the print design isnt wonky or mismatched)

    May i know the width of of the bias tape?

    • @ccrichbourg
      @ccrichbourg 6 месяцев назад

      In her tutorial on making bias binding, she uses 3 inch wide bias binding
