I have been doing really well with my concussion management and am in a setback. Too much stress at the moment and I have overdone the exercise. Love the get rich quick concept. Thanks.

Thanks for your help Dr. Marshall I was misled into thinking I had a concussion but it now appears to be neck related and chiro and stretching/diet/exercise are helping. However...
I was prescribing trazodone to help me sleep and started to notice itchiness and rashes around my neck... come to find out this is a side effect of this medication. My condition also seemed to be getting worse and worse until I stopped using the drug. After I stopped the itchiness and rash spread to my back legs and hands as well. I have improved much since then (about 4 months ago!) but still cannot do heavy lifting or work my job as a roof cleaner without later having anxiety attacks and headaches with brain fog. I definitely feel this allergic reaction is having some effect on my recovery and am concerned... have tried antihistamines and tumeric and drink tons of water but it still plagues me. Any advice would be great thanks so much!
