Lucky and LuLu are the only children of Luke and Laura Spencer together. Lucky and LuLu are full siblings. Nikolas is their maternal half-brother (parents are Stravos and Laura) and Ethan is their paternal half-brother (parents are Luke and Holly). The order of birth goes like this: Nik, Lucky, LuLu, Ethan.
Ethan is YOUNGER than LuLu, so maybe Luke didn't cheat on his love. :)
