Hey cat Sam, I'm so thankfull you posted this video.I was wondering if you would do some more of these videos while talking to us. My grandma just gave me this model as a gift, and I have no idea where to start. I wish she could walk me through it, but she lives hours away. You make it look so simple, but I'm terrified I'm going to wreck it, and I can't find any more on this specific model.Any way I appreciate you taking the time and sharing you're knowledge.
I no longer have this machine, so can't do more video about it. This is a user friendly machine, the user manual will be helpful, and you can search for other model too, all the Brother computerized sewing machine are almost operate the same way.
I've gone through the threading motions, and am doing it like the video, but the thread is bunching up under the fabric, and I'm getting an E6 code. This is so frustrating!
1. Raise the needle to its highest position by turning the hand wheel toward you. 2. Raise the pressure foot lever. 3. Press the button on the back of the pressure foot holder to release the pressure foot. 4. Place the pressure foot you want to use below the holder, so that the pressure foot pin is aligned with the shank in the holder. 5. Slowly lower the pressure foot lever so that the pressure foot pin snaps into the shank in the holder. If the presser foot is in the correct location, the bar should snap in.
