You guys are really on a roll right now! Three geniously crafted new videos in one day. Like christmas in advance. Love your content (and of course you). Deep knowledge and top notch humour in lovely harmony. Couldn't get much better! Cheers!
… this thing is actually useful, we’ve been using it for a while. Getting sent interviews, for videos, with harsh mic sounds as example, stuff even RX has trouble with. Also used it on a few masters, adding your own nodes and using the dynamics actually works. IF done gentle.
Bought this a few eeks back to correct some harsh vocals I got sent over, Does a pretty decent job. Great UI took about 15mins to really get to grips with it. Couldn't afford soothe, but sounds like this might be giving soothe a run for it's money anyways. Happy days.
Going back 45 years, terraced house in Pontypridd dubbed "Heartattack Hotel", we had the inside cover picture of 'In the Court of the Crimson King' painted right accross the sitting room wall. Beautifully painted by two talented artist friends. On the adjacent wall they painted the Sailin Shoes cover. We inherited a sea of denim beanbags when a friend redecorated. Helluva place to trip and romp.
This looks pretty cool and good price. I do have Soothe 2, I must admit it for a while I thought it sounded a bit weird but was probably doing too much. I don’t actually like it on the master bus though I see why you’d need it if you couldn’t go back to the mix. I basically use it as a posh deesser, just a tickle before I eq and compress and then use the Weiss deesser at the end if needed. Just using them both very lightly.
I roady-ed for a band that supported Toyah at the Marquee somewhere around the mid-90's. Pretty sure she got off the bus when she arrived and my only interaction with her was when she asked "where's the bogs, lads?"
@Studio Life. Smoothers Soothers . Have you seen Phil Speiser's plugins ? He does one called "The Smoother". Very good. Most competitive on price as well. 👍
@@StudioLife101 1 month Money Back Guarantee though. As respected reviewers I'd be surprised if he wouldn't send you review licences or something, if asked.

I sold my soothe license. I like this one more, easier and less destructave

Jakko Jakszyk was asked by Robert Fripp "In the future, can you stop saying nice things about me? It's ruining my reputation.”

This is great to use as a track spacer with external side-chain. As a de-esser as well.
The intros keep getting better!
Robert Fripp played on Heroes.
Bowie's Heroes... featuring 'Frippertronics' maybe. That awesome drone thing.
Toyah still looks amazing, if anything even better…
