Lucky you didn’t put a drone up in the sky along the track with the crossings. We were there once having a break on the side of the track (I won’t say at which crossing) and we could see some commotion going on at a property above us on a hilly slope. A man and woman were running around their yard like headless chooks going off about something, yelling & carrying on. We had no idea why they were behaving so erratically. The man jumped in his car and drove down his driveway and to us to ask us if the drone was ours. We didn’t know there was a drone being flown and we didn’t have one. He was quickly satisfied it wasn’t us, then he went back home. We could only assume he was growing something on his property that he didn’t want anyone to see going by the way him & his wife were ice raging before he jumped in his car to question us.
Funny you say that because when I was a kid we did this track with one of the parents friends. They were shooting through the river fairly fast and one of the farmers came off his property in his Ute to track us down and gave everyone a lecture on how we were making the water dirty. Swear he went through the creek just as fast to complain about that. Wonder if it's the same farmer 🤣 I'm always careful of flying drones to close to farm land there are some odd people out there.
Nice😄
Your adventures always make me smile. Keep it up.
