Has anyone done this and lives in California? How strict are the cops on this? I know it’s illegal
Hopefully you can find someone to help you out! I know it's "illegal" in most states, but I know here in Michigan I have not heard of many people getting pulled over for it. I have been told people will get a ticket for it if they are already pulled over for something else and the cop just adds it on.

yo when u use the windshield wipers does it affect the banner?
No I never had a problem with the wipers! You just make sure that the decal is smoothed out before taking the transfer paper off and you should not have a problem!

I have been told that people have, but I never have and I don't hear about it to much. I believe it just depends on where your located and things like that!

I have my own vinyl cutter so i make all my own vinyl. but you can always buy them online also.

It just depends on your local laws. It's definitely everywhere!
