You were smitten Dave !! For real, no joke !!! Tina was incredible on every level !!! Simply the Best !! Thank you for sharing this special moment with us. ❤
Letterman was so smitten. So sweet, brings back memories and recalled were I was back then once upon a time.
But love love always to Mrs Tina Turner, your voice, your legacy, your confidence to keep fighting and never giving up. We love you mademoiselle, rest now.
Books of books of condolences to the family, friends, fans and world wide families who come to love Mrs. Tina's songs, learned from her journeys in life and her unconditional love for life and others. Thank you
I was in awe when I came to 5 your concert events. I loved loved them all and i dance dance dance and sung my voice to hoarseness.
RIP
Tina had the best smile on the planet, she just radiated pure happiness and really loved to entertain, will be sorely missed
Que mulher hipnotizante! Só existe ela no espaço do programa, vc não consegue tirar os olhos dela! Pra sempre Tina ❤
She was the bomb! In every way. And Letterman was smitten
She was soooo beautiful and one of a kind performer and will always be remembered as the QUEEN OF ROCK AND ROLL! Rest in peace Tina, you will not be forgotten!💞💞💞🙏
She sings with ALL her soul. That's the 'difference' about Tina.
Wow! Her voice and stage presence 👏
Wow, wtf!? She sings just as good as the studio version, even better. I'm impressed! Also, this is my favorite song of hers.
This song hits hard. Just love it
I remember when this video first came out on VH-1 and just being mesmerized by the lyrics, melody and her presence.
The next day after work, went to Macy's in Manhattan and bought me this ensemble
jeans, white blouse and black belt and boots😊
Tina Turner wanna be.
I'm 62 years young
Iconic in every space she ever occupies, even Dave couldn't get enough of her, he was so mesmerized and in love with her in this video and I don't blame him, who wouldn't. Tina Turner had that presence, that eteral IT factor, naturally beautiful. Losing her 💔 is a big loss and I know the heavens gained another legendary angel. Rest in eternal peace 👑👸🏾, you did beyond well on earth. Thanks you for blessing the world with your talents.
Such a legend!!!! SHE RIPPED THAT APART. She sounds like the record!!!!!
This video makes me feel better to see her performing, laughing and that beautiful smile. It does hurt to lose icons in our lives that we had so many memories with their music.
For anyone that doesn't recognize the Sax player, that's Timmy Cappello known for his role as the sax player in Lost Boys!
He'd worked with Tina for years
Tina is a Legend! Thank you Tina......your Music is great.....so much joy❤❤❤love from Austria
It was reported that Tina taught Mick Jagger to dance.
He was mesmerized by her singing and dancing and she showed him some moves. 💞
She moves very little compared to Jagger so what moves did she teach him?
@@russellbranch782 Dude, watch some Tina vids from the 60s and 70s. She MOVED. She and Jagger met way back then.
@@russellbranch782 His 😂🤣😂🤣
Dave was shooting his shot! 🤣🤣🤣 What a talent. She will be missed!
He really was 😂
He was being a creep!!
@@jamiekolias7166 I was also irritated by watching it "oh there is a hole in your trouser" *touching her* and more and more he was very touchy... doesn't look nice to me.
He was being charming then it became creepy .. he embarrassed her .
She was always in key and always in time; she was an amazing stage performer, but also a really terrific musician.
When cranking up the volume to the max is just not enough..
You're simply The Best Tina Turner, Rest Easy 🙏🏻
I have never seen a pair of jeans look so good ever! She is timeless!!!
She’s just unique! Irreplaceable! What a ball of energy n talent she is!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
There will never be another Tina! What a time to have been around to witness this legend! RIP sweetheart!
Rest In Peace, Tina Turner, Legend! 💔🕯
Damn, this choked me up. Still remember buying this album and hearing this song for the first time. So much pain processed through such searing talent. God bless her soul. 💔
the most perfect and effortless impression of Mick dancing -- hilarious and beautiful
Oh, so nostalgic. See, this is why 1993 is so special to me. Legends like Ms. Tina Turner, Mr. Barry White and Ms. Nancy Wilson were all able to shine alongside the current talent of the time. 1993, a period of balance and variety.
Excellent! Thank you for posting this appearance.
Absolutely brilliant woman. She really won at life in the end. Rest in Power Ms Tina Turner ❤
Wow , she was 53 here , my age now. I’m surprised she did not make it to 100, with all that energy & stamina. She will be missed, a music legend. RIP Tina, your music 🎶 will live on till end of time. ❤🌹🕊️
I too used to think Tina would live forever but unfortunately her health started failing her in recent years even after the kidney transplant from her husband she stayed around a good while. She has finished her course here on earth, may flights of angels carry Tina to her resting place.
@@Seriousthing13Such a sweet prayer❤
@@Seriousthing13 SHE HAD A FEW STROKES IN RECENT YEARSS HER FIRST ONE WAS IN 2009 AND THE SECOND ONE HAPPENED 2013
What a tragedy, losing her so soon! Im her age, with the talent of a toad, and I'm still here, don't figure! LOL😂
She was such a beauty. Stunning! Awesome personality, powerhouse voice and smoothe dance moves. Rest in peace, Tina Turner. You were simply the best 🥺😍❤️❤️
Goodbye to an absolute LEGEND!! It's hard to really think of someone as talented as Tina was. She was an absolute treasure!
Ummm, Mick Jagger dances like Tina. He even said in his statement about her passing that she taught him a lot.
During this interview, she does an impression of Mick Jagger.
Jagger called Tina "a friend and mentor" --- think carefully about who taught who how to dance onstage!
@@kstepko umm, no. She was showing the moves here that SHE originated and later taught to Mick when they were touring together.
My God she was incredible my biggest regret is not seeing her in concert
3:46 the way she switch hands trowing the microphone is something amazing! anyway she is beautiful and talented!
She's in flow. Focused
Dave is absolutely GUSHING over her! 😂😍
She taught Jagger how to dance!
...(7:34) ...Man, Tina turned it ON!! ...in SECONDS!! ...Oh, we're gonna miss this chick, she was the REAL One..... RIP, Queen Tina.....
Tina was a force-of-nature. May God rest her soul...... There will never be another.
From all her songs that i listened to so far. That is my favorite song from Tina Turner.
Rest in peace Tina Turner from Johannesburg South Africa 🇿🇦❤
OMG on top of all of her untouchable artistic talents, she is funny and she NAILED her impression of Mick Jagger! I have always been in awe of this powerhouse. Once she broke free of Ike she didn't let anyone or anything define her but HER. She is 53 in this appearance. What an inspiration in how to age with grace and passion.
Kudos for being one of the few people here to recognize that she was indeed doing an impersonation of Mick. Yes, she showed Mick the pony, but these were "moves like Jagger." 👏
