  • I'm participating in Reddit's 2024 r/Fantasy bingo challenge and we're almost to the deadline for this year! It ends on March 31st, so I need to focus on getting through these books as we head down the home stretch. In this video I'm reading books for the Bards, Romantasy, Multi POV, and Prologues and Epilogues squares. Are you participating in this year's challenge, or do you want to participate? Let me know in the comments.

Enjoyed your discussion here! I stopped by because I saw you were reading a book on my TBR (Five Broken Blades - but now I'm concerned lol), and a book by my favorite author, Juliet Marillier - if you haven't yet, I highly recommend the Sevenwaters series, which I enjoyed much more than the Warrior Bards series. The mischievous fae definitely are a common theme in all of her books. You might also check out the Emily Wilde series for more ornery fae shenanigans (if you haven't already).

@@Eyriana I’m definitely going to read more by Juliet Marillier, I’ll put Sevenwaters on my wishlist. I really enjoyed her writing style, storytelling, the plot itself, it’s a great feeling to discover a new author you really like! I also really enjoyed the first Emily Wilde book, and I’m actually currently planning to get through books 2 and 3 in the next couple months so that’s good timing! Thanks for the suggestions and for stopping by!
