This is interesting. Just in October I discovered that 3:00 am is a significant time. When I was 15 I used to wake up at 3:15am daily very hungry and would look for something to eat. Then a few years ago I was under a lot of work related stress and would wake up at 3:00am . I decided to make good use of that time by avoiding stressful thoughts and started listening to Gospel music , this problem ended.
Just recently I found out that spiritually this is vey important time to Christians, Hindus and other religions, scientifically it has significance and it is also called the witch hour because the dark world is also active at this time too. Nowadays I am much conscience that a lot happens at this time so when I wake up I make good use of it by connecting with God.
