Sure. I tend to check out people's channels if they're active on the channel, or seem like they may be interesting. However, I'm very picky on what I subscribe to, and I just don't watch every kind of video just because someone asked me to. Same goes for shout-outs, I cannot fairly shout-out somebody for no reason other than they asked, it would be unfair to anyone else who were to ask and I would be unable to do so. A shoutout from me will not gain you much viewership or subscribers.

I love how you can just barley fiddle a figure and it will look 100 times better then when i try to actually pose mine.
I got the MS-06F-2 Zaku II F2 kit this past weekend. It's my first kit. And yeah I prefer the type B helmet as well.

Great list! Lot's of great suits. I gotta get that Ez8 to go with my Gundam Ground Type. I would love to see the Crossbone animated. I think there is a real grade coming out, I might have to get it.
I need Angelo's suit to go with my other Zulu Guard to defend Full Frontal.
I'm really hoping for a real grade Nu Gundam soon.
Picking top ten hguc is hard. Sinanju Stein, Geara Zulu and Moon Gundam are up there though.

I THINK they're gunna do an RG Nu Gundam. I think it's only inevitable.
I just built the Sinanju Stein. I really like it but I don't think it can break into the list, the color scheme is just too boring to me.
They (technically) made a blue Geara Zulu with the Zee Zulu, it’s the aquatic version.
You bet your ass that I already have the Zee Zulu. It's really cool, but it feels way more like its own thing.

I wouldn't call anybody who has built 13 kits a "filthy casual", I'd say welcome to the Gunpla family, if you've built 13 that means you will someday build a hundred and beyond.
Well me personally, I HAVE built over 100. But I know there's a little sub-group of Gunpla builders who looks down on straight builders and "casual" fans, just like any group pretty much. But I totally agree with you!

Just got back into gundam kits again. Used to have some as a kid back when gundam was on toonami. My first build getting back to it this week actually was your #9. Zaku 2 has always been one of my favorite mobile suits

What l find amazing is that your #2 looks a lot like my Max Sterling robo tech jet when in battle mode & the cross bones looks a lot like Lt. Commander Fokers jet in battle mode. If you've watched Robotech?? Are they a gundam style?? Or the gundam made after robotech?? Great review/video!!👍☯️👍
I haven't watched Robotech, I don't know if I will either. I don't have a connection to it like I did with gundam. Robotech (1982) came after Gundam (1977). Gundam inspired a lot of robot shows.

I've really been debating on getting the HG Nu. I'm waiting to se if they do an RG that's on par with the Sazabi. Also the MG Nu Ver. Ka. set the bar pretty high for me.
I say wait for the RG, because after I got my HGUC Full Armor Gundam Unicorn the RG was announced a week later. The HGUC is a fun little kit but it’s age definitely showing. I haven’t bought any 1/144 scale Gundam Phenex or Sinanju Stein because of the possibility of a RG coming out soon.
I don’t blame you on number ten. The Nemo is a decent kit. But the articulation is ish.
(Also It will be interesting to hear you sing beyond the time)
I think I'm the only person who doesn't find Beyond the Time that memorable or iconic. I mean it's good... but it's no Encounters or Beginning to me.
There is a blue Geara Zulu! The Zee Zulu is an amphibious variant of the Geara Zulu. The MS was used in the amphibious assault of The Battle At Torrington Base.
Well yeah, but it's not the Geara Zulu, it's the Zee Zulu. I have it but there's a lot of differences. Just gimmie a simple recolor and I'll be on my merry way.

I need to warn you about the Zaku II FZ’s shoulder joints. The parts that connect the arms to the body can snap due to the butterfly joint being really tight. It snapped on me and I just wanted to give you a heads up, anyways great list!
Jackson Powley Yeah it sucks. I broke both joints.
I've had mine for nearly 2 years now and haven't had that issue, so fingers crossed. Thanks for letting me know though, I'll be sure to be careful!
Yea I just put this kit together and I was worried I was going to snap something putting the arm/ shoulder on the chest.
My issue with the nemos red vent stickers is that it isn’t one piece that just wraps around kinda like the sticker on the wrist
If you like the CCA era stuff, don't scoff at the Re-Gz. I haven't even built the backpack unit, but I still love it. Full inner frame on the legs, solid shoulder joints, gunmetal finish frame, multiple hands. Super solid. Only downside was the price, yikes. If it had a full upper thigh swivel, it'd be perfect. I'm definitely gonna grab a Geara Doga and a Jagd Doga one of these days.
I ADORE the Re-GZ kit, it's amazing, and how it works with the flight unit is pretty rad too. I just got the P-bandai Psycho Doga, can't wait to get that one built, the Doga mold is superb!

7:53 how the frick do U use Sharpies for panel lines?
It's pretty simple. You need a fine-point black sharpie, and you carefully fill in the space you want, trying not to get it in any cracks you don't want it. Then once you're done, take your thumb and wipe away the excess. Even if you mess up and mark it real big on a flat panel, you can wipe it away with your thumb.
I know a lot of people think Sharpies and their mind instantly goes "oh my gosh that's so bad what are you doing!", but I've gotten some really nice looking details out of 'em.

One key thing is to make sure the sharpie isn't running dry. If it is then it'll smear and look awful. I've often tested them on the backsides of parts you never see once they're built, or even the runners. After you work it out then you should be good. My HGUC Nu Gundam for instance, all his black linework was done with sharpie, even some of his smaller yellow details!

Why they re great
Have you gotten to buying the moon Gundam? While I generally agree with most of your choices, I think it might just change your list.
Honestly... super unpopular opinion... but I don't like the design of the Moon Gundam enough to buy the kit. I much prefer the colors and design of the Varguil, so I'll wait and see if we get that.
But the Ver Ka ones look better :/

I really hated the nemo when I watched zata for the first time. I thought it looked more like a toy than the more grounded designs that I liked in the series. (Hyaku shiki is dope tho) but after seeing the color separation in this I feel like it could grow on me.

How tf can a Zaku not be from the main timeline, the timeline that introduced Zakus? Educate me, I've just finished watching Wing, my first Gundam series.
Just like Gundams can be in other timelines, some other timelines also carry over various kinds of mobile suits.
For the Universal Century, kits from this timeline fall under HGUC, as well as HG Origin and HG Thunderbolt, tho some people consider the Origin and Thunderbolt OVA's a part of "alternate" Universal Centuries, I personally do not since they don't do anything to drastically contradict the main timeline.
Gundam Seed, specifically Gundam Seed Destiny, also has Zakus, usually called Zaku Warriors or Zaku Phantoms, etc.
The Gundam "Build" series (Build Fighters, Build Divers, etc.) also feature Zakus, but the shows take place in timelines where people build Gunpla from the fictional Gundam anime series and battle them.

@@erc33382 years late but seed has zakus because the show was originally a remake of the original series. That’s why it’s the only au that carries over zeon suits (for example, the recent z’gok from seed freedom)

I dunno... I like them both. In-universe the Sinanju is certainly superior, but design-wise I like them both.
Jcc2224 me too, but the Sazabi is definitely the more fun and easy to build out of the two because I don’t have to worry about painting any sleeves.
