Doesn’t look like my mother? And certainly not how she talks at home. In the actual moment, I’m wondering what the alien invasion in the kitchen is all about, as still not worked it out and no one seems to want to be open about what they’re actually doing and for what actual motive.
Could see how some people could feed on a cauldron of constant narcissistic supply and even have the cheek to make protests of sustainability. Having no youth left, particularly none to expend on people who have none either, I find the expenses and indulgences on the account look slightly repugnant and definitely over-exuberant in assumption. Yet it still appears a habit not defined by age or social circumstance. The peculiar culture of competing with other women and even your own children, over something you don’t even really want; what is that psychology all about? And being controlled by the controlled? is it a grooming pyre? 🤬
