Great guide! I wanted to say that kings 1,2,1,1 string is -19 on block for some reason, so I would do the fifth hit of that string - 1,2,1,1,2 or just the 1,2,1. Tbf though, nobody knows that's -19 and it doesn't look like it is so you probably won't get punished, but still better to be safe. 1,2,1,1,2 is -10 on block
Yes exactly! I forgot to fully mention that I didn’t remember the exact frames but I knew you could do that string to avoid the unsafe ender of that. Thanks 🙏🏾
2,1 was a 10f punish in tekken 7 as well :) Also I'm 90% sure that df2,1 does not work if the opponent just moves. They can be caught by the df2 while stepping, and still duck the 1. I will double check this later :'D

so i watch this, but still don't get it. it feels impossible to punish on block ever. everything i do even his fastest moves feels unsafe, like ill block a move that is +15 or something and they'll just be able to instantly keep hitting me. i feel like the more i play and watch videos about all of this the worse i get at the game

This guide is great! One thing I noticed is that you have 1 frame = 1 second, when it should be 1 frame = 1/60th of a second.

Oh ok thanks for confirming👍🏾 and your definitely right df2,1 only works on counter hit or when opponent is pressing a button.
