You're right to say apparent about my Scotland knowledge since I don't know so much about your country except I have, since I'm French born and living in France, to look at North-West, more North than West though, in order to allow my vision going in your direction.
I went in the Great Britain Kingdom once but it was for school when I was (way) younger (in the 90's) and even, it was in London (Big Ben, Tower Bridge, British Museum, etc etc). I saw Brighton as well but very little although I played Street Fighter 2 for free there, someone forgot his continues or something.
But if all this had a benefit, it's about having allowed me to perfect my English language mastering. Out of that, I never came to Scotland to speak properly. I have a brother who went there once. I should ask him how it was. I just know, thanks to photographies, that Scotland has some of the most beautiful landscapes I ever "saw". I'd like to see this with my own eyes. And I know Mac "Something" is VERY usual like Durand is here.
