Hey ! This is amazing, this video gives me motivation to pick up drawing more. Quick note; when youre finishing your drawing make the dark parts darker, as in use those 6B/8B pencils to make the outlines pop more, and black parts black (If you hv to press too hard to get darker lines maybe try out some art quality pencils.) AND If you like the anime style try getting some black fineliners and playing with those to finalise linework!

You really grinded my brother (jjk pun). I actually started this kind of challenge myself: I'm on day 2 (okay now it's 3) of learning how to draw, but digitally and with only a mouse... yes with a mouse, since I'm probably masochistic XD. I already tried to learn how to draw when I had corona but I sucked and gave up, but now I'm back! On day 1 I tried to draw eyes and I realised....drawing with a mouse was a bad idea but I think it looked good (I even colored it and watched a tutorial on how to color eyes) but drawing it etc took me 2 hours. On day 2 I tried to draw a head of a girl in anime style in a 3/4 perspective + color, I made her look like an elf and I think it turned out really well (I looked up a tutorial for different perspectives, shading of the hair, and for shading the face). What I wanna say is, that everyone can learn those skills, like drawing, and it doesn't matter if you draw on paper or digitally, if you have only one pencil available to you or a whole box, if you even draw with a pencil or if you are as brave as I am only can/want to use a pc mouse! Big tip for hair with more cartoony drawings: think of the sections like a bunch of ribbons. Curly ribbons, straight ribbons, whatever. It’s a lot less complicated and confusing in my opinion.
