Or first time or finesse shots and greentime and Iniesta skill move! TBH that was better than the disgusting el tornado cross after the TOTY patch, and the fifa 20 run down the line destruction caused by the boring old Mount Rushmore of fifa 20 Adama, Kent, Daniel James and of course Ben Yedder

For me fifa 21 is also worse. It's just frustrating. And the fact that ea wanted to make pace less important, but it became even more important.
Fifa 21 feels worse just bc you must play the meta to win and getting stopped always by Varane and Mendy is frustrating

Kwonton na fifa 21 have some nice new features tbf and have brought friendlies back

I found this game fun too because ur players actually move unlike this year where 80% of the gameplay is sluggish and never move.
No matter it wasnt a football game atleast you could rarely face a shitty park the bus rat which you could break his deff with an el tornado cross or 10 croquetas. Not passing 100 times when your player is finally in a good position. And the menu content was great

League Patches on the kits correctly updating when being promoted or relegated, and or when participating in different cups and tournaments.

I think FIFA 19 has one of the best soundtracks in the modern FIFAs. It was certainly a step up to FIFA 18
Tbf tho content wise it had the best promos
This fifa was fun in my opinion, when I go back and play a couple year old games I find them way more enjoyable then when they were popular
Of course they have even been more worked on and updated
This is my favourite edition only because the Canadian national team was so fun to play with, a very weird thing to like about the game, I know, but they just had such a fun young roster to plug into English league two and let them develop.
Just wish the World Cup qualifications weren’t random.

I don't know since when you play but the downward trend is going on for a lot longer than that. 17 was nice but the years before that were also an abomination. The last good Fifa(s) were probably around 12-14. Since then it's just downhill.
@@ballislife9924 I think he means a different kind of downward trend, the community, the way EA behave, etc fifa 17 was pretty much the last year that the community and EA were OK. Now the community became a part of why Fifa is so bad
@@ch6mo Nah trust me it was always like this lmao, we were a toxic community back then too. I don't play FUT anymore since the introduction of price ranges and I don't know if it's still a thing but "sweaty goals" were so hated back then you could swear some dudes would kill others for doing it. In reality we were just kids being sore losers. Momentum was also already a thing back then and pace was always king. Even on FIFA 12. And EA was always a shithole lol. When I'm thinking about it the last good FIFA were probably in the PS2 era. I played these games too, well from 05 onwards but I experience more nostalgia when I think about 09-13 so it's my mind playing tricks when I say these were the last good ones. Even those weren't that great overall. Except 09. That game was a fucking milestone back then.

I don’t know why but the free kicks and penalties in fifa 19 were just kinda good, cause in fifa 20 and 21 every one has. the same run up style and free kick style and in fifa 19 and 18 they would kick it different if you moved them.
My first fifa was fifa 19 but i always played kick off with my friend 24/7 same in fifa 20 in fifa 21 was my first ultimate team and i liked fifa 19 &20 a lot but i played fifa 21 in ultimate and i hated it, i guess I never really experienced sweaty play in 19 & 20 that’s why i loved it, and we never knew any skills no la crouquta and l tornado so yeah i guess i never experienced *nice ultimate team play in like fifa 17*

I packed ucl ronaldo in fifa 19 and since i was such a noob honestly this game was so much fun for me since i was so bad,but in hindsight i can see how bad it was but my memories are really positive of it
I remember grinding leauge sbcs to get Ronaldinhio and he's still the most fun card I've used in any FIFA hoping this year he'll get another prime/moments sbc but probs not
Being in Uni during FIFA 19 meant playing a lot of house rules stuff in kick off, was so fun
This was the best FIFA ever and no one can change my mind on this statement. I have never had so much fun with any other version of fifa. Also with the first time finesse shots and goalkeeper movement FIFA 19 was actually the game with the least variance of them all. Believe it or not. Fifa 19 required much more skill than any other version released after Fifa 14.
Edit: At least the first weeks of that game.

Sia song was the best part of this game and the tactics revamp was awesome
I would spam finesse shot every time, close up, out of the box, everywhere. It was always goal. Felt like a football god.
I have always bought Fifa games mostly for their Career modes. I loved Fifa 19 and still play it to this day, mostly because I can use Juventus and win the Champions League as a manager.

First fifa I actually rinsed out,finishing silver 1 every week as the pack luck was insane for reds.Best fifa in my book,it was fun score any where with ibra lol

Although there was a meta, it was varied and you could score some screamers and not just body feint your way into the box for a boring goal

Back then we could score from nothing which made the game broken but fun but now everyone is joining the drop back nation which just makes the game so boring and scoring just doesn’t feel as satisfying as it used to be

Personally Fifa 19 was my favourite Fifa because I had no responsibilities and could play everyday and keep up with everyone, it was fun (arcade like) and I had flashback Ibra 😉

I was frustrating when someone la croquettad through your whole team and then el tornado cross it onto flashback ibras head in the last minute of fut champs but it was a sick game
This is the last one I bought. I still miss the handball from earlier years... some realism that was lost.
I was a demon at fifa 19 and I loved it weirdly lol, I used no tips and tricks or tutorials like I watch all the time today for fifa 21 to get better cuz i need to get past those damn AI auto blocks on the edge of the box 🤦♂️ and getting frustrated in 21 cuz I seem no where near as good as I was, this explains it haha. The modern warfare analogy is perfect btw !!

@@skyvader1238 the game as whole is a little bit better.. career mode gameplay is not as boring as last year when you could only score near post goals, pro clubs is also slightly better, but overall the experience is not even close to a good football game
