Would I be able to use these with the Quadratec Baja HD Fender Flares? Those use the factory lights so I'm assuming you could.
These will have a factory style fitment.
How does the DRL work with the Sport model? I installed these but the DRL led only turns on when my headlights are on.

Do they prevent the side light from also blinking with the sequential turn signal?
The side marker does not blink with the sequential light.

Yes these are specifically for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL Sport models.

They are garbage. Seriously recommend staying with a sequential lightbulb.
