Just a couple things you may want to try out. You're barrels should already be set to fit your needles instead of having to adjust them each time you set up your machine, only disposables need so much adjusting. You may want to try to bend your needles just slightly towards the grommet end just to make it easier to slip into the barrel and not have an issue of potentially blunting or damaging the needle as it goes into the tip. Also to help with needle tension using a size 12 rubber band to secure the needle a little more helps a lot i feel. just suggestions incase you would like to give it a try and see if it works for you. Otherwise your going to tear the shit out of someone's skin. And just a reminder. You don't need the voltage up so high that the machine sounds like a chainsaw. Please please please don't teach people to set up a machine if you yourself don't know how.

You don't put in the machine You put it in a small container and then put the needle in it and turn it on and it sucks up the ink
