Simple Materials Sketchbook

“The secret of getting ahead is getting started” - Mark Twain.
Keeping the Sketchbook simple will take the mental pressure off what products to use. Having a theme like botanicals (it could be people, animals, or bugs) also takes that pressure off. One material, one theme = one successful Sketchbook.
This sketchbook was drawn during a difficult time while visiting my mum in hospital. I used a lot of Pinterest images so I didn't have to think about what to draw and the theme was botanicals. It was supposed to be Australian Natives but I ran out of inspirational images.
Hope this helps you see that you don't need fancy materials or a fancy sketchbook in order to get started and complete a sketchbook
