Then what would the troubleshooting steps. 2.multiple users are unable to login from external NS links what would be the troubleshooting steps. 3. What happened if software Patches are faulty then what you do. Please give me some guidance on this. This are interview questions.
This is weird since if the VDI (be it server VDA or desktop VDA) remain in maintenance mode, then the error message Citrix throws in general is that the machine is in maintenance mode.

Agree, in the latest versions especially it clearly says the machine is in maintenance.
