    English is my second language and her explanations are easy to follow because of how slow and perfectly pronounced her English is.
    Also, she isn't explaining just one thing but two. One of them is sequencers and passive voice PLUS grammar order. Which is very hard to remember when English is someone's second language.

    Sequencers:
    First of all,
    The first step/stage is
    Next
    Then
    After that
    Finally
    In the final step/stage
    Before/after/once
    Grammar: make use of passive voice (Object+verb+past participle)

      One quick tip: have you tried using flashcard apps for your phone such as Anki? They can be very useful. At least, they have been useful for me in the past.

    First of all the kettle is filled with cold water. Next the kettle is put on the stove. Then the tea bag and cup are taken from cupboard. After that according to the taste sugar can be added. Finally the water is boiled and poured into the cup and once the tea bag and sugar are mixed it is ready to drink.

    The passive voice is being used too often... ~George Orwell.
    You can easily describe processes as normal pople around the world instead of hiding behing false passive voice politeness.
