Describing processes Sequencers: First of all, The first step/stage is Next Then After that Finally In the final step/stage Before/after/once Grammar: make use of passive voice (Object+verb+past participle)

One quick tip: have you tried using flashcard apps for your phone such as Anki? They can be very useful. At least, they have been useful for me in the past.

First of all the kettle is filled with cold water. Next the kettle is put on the stove. Then the tea bag and cup are taken from cupboard. After that according to the taste sugar can be added. Finally the water is boiled and poured into the cup and once the tea bag and sugar are mixed it is ready to drink.
