Hi Ma'am, I had two surgeries for distal humerus fracture and a mid shaft humerus fracture along with anterior ulnar and radial nerve transportation 2 years ago. After that I couldn't do any physiotherapy due to the lockdown and financial crunch. It's been more than 2 years now and my elbow has become stiff due to the surgery I cannot extend my arm. My question is can I do physiotherapy now will it work if I do it after 2 years and will I be able to stretch my arm ever?? Please let me know my query. Thanks.

Sir i have taken MRI 3months back the result was quads and patella tendon is insertion. I have consulted an otho fellow. And he said to me sit on the bed add some wait to the ankle and and lift it. I have done it one month im proper .that leg become thin other than leg. And it's feeling discomfort when I walk and run feeling un easy to compares to other. Is it curable from physiotherapy. Please tell mee Medam
Lack of mobility due to injury can result in muscle wasting leading to one leg appearing thinner. It will be difficult to advice suitable exercises and treatment without assessing the current status of your leg and movements. Please take an appointment.
