It stated that the people there could keep their traditions, religion and that the Persians would even rebuild their temples. That’s the little bit of knowledge I have. Yes you are right about language acsent
As an Iranian, although I take pride in all of these inventions I should correct you on one point. Babylon was a different civilisation which predates the Persian Empire. But it was conquered by the Persians and stayed a part of Persian up to 200 years ago. Today the region is in the country of Iraq. The Cyrus the Great cylinder, mentioned as the first human rights declaration, is important exactly because after the conquest of Babylon, Persians (unlike other empires of the ancient time) did not enslave them or forced them into some specific religion or lifestyle. This cylander clearly states that people of Babylon have the right to practice their religion, their lifestyle and speak their languages (along with a few other rights). So, While the first Declaration of Human Rights is definitely a PERSIAN invention, Babylon should be still known as a separate state which was just conquered by Persians.

Yo Cojak my friend there is some facts that you might want to check first Babylon was not in Iran and it r was conquered by Syrus the great without a bloodshed , the battery thing is one of the controversial the exact name of that thing is Baghdad battery of course Baghdad is capital of Iraq todays but in ancient time it was a part of great Achaemenian territory the ruler of the area was someone by the name of bagadates some historians believes that thing is not a battery it was galvanic cell so no one knows what is was . The other things is algebra al kharazmi ( kharazmi ) was a brilliant Iranian mathematician but the names of kharazmi is Arabic it is because after Islamic conquest Iranian name prohibited and during that times Iranian had to choose an Arabic name for themselves even if you wanted to published books or articles you had to published it in Arabic so many of brilliant works of kharazmi and inn Sina or pour Sina ( Avicenna ) and al razi (razi ) is in Arabic not Persian , tar in Farsi means string so now you can think about many instruments or devices that has tar in their names and at last please note that romani is deferent from Roma Romani people (part of them now living Romania ) are one of the branch of Gypsies and they are not Roman in ancient time they use to live in area that today is part of Iran Afghanistan and India we called them koli ( kawlli) means person from kawol or kabol ( today Afghanistan capital) in Europe they have several branch with different names like gyspy Gitana or Romani all of them came from koli and kawolli area and about qanat there is something interesting about it , in recent flood in Iran none of the new structures for flood worked except qanat from aroun 2000 year ago . Hope it’s useful for you.
