You can file an petition in any court but prefer in JM of 1st class and vaha se order or notice pass karwa sakte ho about your future....likhwa sakte ho writing m court me agar kuch future m family ne pareshan kiya ya koi bad behavior kiya to jimmedar ap honge..... its easy
