Please clarify that if a private criminal Complaint is filed u/s lPC 120A+B, n offence is punishable with over 3-7 years jail, whether JMFC (having locality jurisdiction) can do trial, or after recieving complain he should forward it after endorsement to ÇJM or assistant session judge or deputy session judge???
Hello sir ...aapne distt level me do court btaye the criminal cases k liye session court n normal cases k liye distt court ...fir distt court me Kon Kon se judge hote h ye bta dijiye ..moreover jese JMSC,JMFC,CJM ka Kam Kon SI post wale krte h jese kch courts me tehsildar kuch me nayb tehsildar ,sdm , collector etc kb kha kis kis name se Jane jate h ?
