Europeans are simply not as prudish as Americans. The human body is what it is. In Europe, most people are relatively relaxed about nudity. Of course, not everyone runs around naked here, but we accept the human body as it is.
I'm also curious about that. I've seen strangers people sexual organs since I was a kid and I'm not mental sick today😅 America got the biggest Porn Industry in the world and got so big problems with nudity🤔

I once had a roommate who studied civil engineering. And he told me that you can see that Brösel (the cartoonist) once worked in the construction business, because that's exactly how it's going on at construction sites.
It was his brother Andy, those experiences were largely based on. Röhrich was actually even based on a real person, who was his brother's boss in the old days and sued the publisher against using his name, which was Schorich. So it ended up being changed to Röhrich.
I worked a good amount on construction sites over the years.. Usually more in the foundation work .. but heck yeah.. That's real life on a construction site. ;)
I am an architect and yes, he must have worked in the field at some point of time. The details are just too correct for someone who does not know how a construction site is set up. The brands, the tools, etc. But it resembles a construction site of the early 80s more than 90s: The type of crane, the improvised porta potty, the wooden fence around the contruction sites. Only thing that never changes is the beer consumption. But today it is not officially allowed anymore.

first no it is no kids show but a youth show so teenager and young adults 2nd he is basically an apprantice which has 3 years before they are actually full fletched workers in their field . During this time they work under their master in the field and train all the practical stuff there while also gaining school education for the job every few weeks which he refers here in the end that in the next week he is lucky to be in his Jobschool instead on work. By the way those small portions of this movie are not good for the understanding of the context as the whole part is arround 25 minutes total and hillarious ^^ The movie is based on the past of the artist as he remembers back and draws the movie based on it. In fact the construction work here is the first part, afterwards is a part where we see them at work including the scene with the russians in the basement and finally the footballgame on the market however as he remembers back it is shown in opposite order. Finally in Europe nudity is part of the culture only americans are such wierdos to forbid everything sex and nudity related (while at the same time beeing the biggest producer of porn movies ;)) Sex education is given first in 3rd class of course with child friendly explanations and later on in 7th or 8 class with a more detailed approach. Furthermore there is no drama about nudity in public as long as it is not related to the act of sex itself and boobys can be seen in a lot of places. In fact the whole topic is basically rated as followed: 0-6 years shown nudity of the upper body is absolutely fine as long as it is not in a pornographic way 6-16 nudity of both upper and lower body is ok as long as it is not in a pornographic way 16+ explicit Sex scenes that are not pornographic are allowed however shows or advertisements that are sex related are not allowed to be shown prior to 10 pm 18 and above no limitations of the content as long as it is not against the laws but no pornographic films allowed in free TV at all. The Werner Movies by the way are rated 6+ for a few reasons even they include "sex scenes" as they are not performed by real persons and not meant as a main objective of the film. You might think that this is weird however we have a much harder focus against something that the US approves appropriate for younger ages which is violence. (Maybe you should ask yourself why there are so much violent crimes in the US ;) ) If you stil do not understand why Nudity is no big issue here well on the other side of my street is a public bronce statue of a lying naked women which is older than the US, in a lot of churches you will see picture of naked people or angels and nudity in general is just what it is a part of nature and life. That doesn't mean people will run arround naked all the time and yes there are even laws against nudity in public if others feel offended by it but if anything you might get an advice to please wear clothes in public or at worst a small fine.

Not really for children nor adults. I believe that the main audience are teenagers and young adults. Especially because of the protagonist being an apprentice. The humor ist for children and adults alike. Nudity is not considered adult stuff in Germany except it is in a explicit sexual context therefore it is fine for children. You could show two completely naked children at age 5 to 6 (boy and girl) playing together. That would not be considered as pornoraphy unless the children pose in some way. But awareness is increasing and not this lazy as 30 or 40 years ago when it was completely normal to show that kind in afternoon TV.

For example, the Disney Movies are in Germany FSK0 and i have See for any days a YT Couple reakting to the 1984 Police Academy Movies, i am in this year 13 and i See this Movie in the Chinema. Ja, der gleiche Film aber leider nicht so lustig wie im Original & warum?!? der Film ist 1:1 in deutsch übersetzt ohne den Dialekt und der macht sehr viel aus oder :-) Bei WERNER ist das genau so und verstehen tut man den Comic erst, wenn man die Mundart (Dialekt) versteht o.k. Somit nochmal "sorry" aber das ist & bleibt ein deutsches Original 🤣
