Wait people comment on your running speed when you've had the courage to share it?!! Honestly I can't with some people! You're running and trying it out and enjoying it for you and its no-one else's place to be commenting on your speed if its negative. You are doing amazing!
I also have trouble with chaffing and shorts riding/rolling 🥲 Something I learnt recently, is that they are ridding up because they aren’t long enough. Your shorts have to be long enough to go over the widest part of your thigh otherwise they will just keep rolling up. If that makes any sense 😅 Finding the right inseam should stop the rolling/riding from happening x So glad you’ve come accords Natacha oceane 🤩🤩 highly recommend watching her You’re doing so so well, be proud!!! ❤❤
I thank RUclips for recommending you to me! I'm currently also training for my first ever half marathon! Never thought that would be a thing that I could do, but here we go. I have run somewhat consistently since November so I am already really proud of that, but I can really feel that it takes me at lot of time to lower my heart rate at faster paces. I am working on it though, and won't give up. Now I have you as an inspiration as well, so thank you for that! Looking forward to keep following you on this journey! Lots of love and lots of good luck
I absolutely LOVED this video Conagh, it's probably my favorite video from you so far! It's Spring in Canada and I'm soooo excited to start running again 😊
I’ve only just started taking running seriously and consistently as well! Just signed up to my first half marathon at the Sydney marathon in September so the timing of this is perfect, keeping me very accountable and motivated 🤍
I am Running the Gold Coast half marathon as my 11th half, but first in 5 years after about 8 surgeries and major health issues. So excited!! Might see you there 😍
i did my first half-marathon on last sunday (in 2:19), not in my perfect condition, but anyway i glad did 🙌🏻 looking forward to train more for better result (and mostly important with better feeling and conditions), thank you for inspiring to keep going! ❤ and YES i can't run without bicycle shorts (like long enough) too because otherwise my thighs are hurting 😖
Last week i ran my first ever marathon sub 4h,the feelz and atmosphere was insane, the last 8k were hard, but overall it was easier than i thought it will be. My weekly long run is usually 20km. Good luck girl❤️
Been following your journey and it just clicked that your half marathon is at the Gold Coast marathon! It’s the best weekend! The crowd is soooo fun and electric and the vibes are just 🤌🏻🤌🏻 I did my first full marathon there in 2019 and I got addicted. Have so much fun!! 🎉 ✨
Hii girl! PT / online coach here. With the cable step ups, you want to try and toe tap the floor and then like you’ve said, drive through the foot that is on the bench and have a slight lean to activate / feel it in your glutes! If the bench is too high I would recommend using a small one so you can bring yourself all the way down! 🥰
This is so awesome. I signed up for a half marathon on october. And this is an amazing video to inspire me and plan how to prepare for this challenge. Can’t wait to see how i get better each day!
I have started enjoying running again! I live in Florida, and the sunny weather has made me want to run outside which I LOVE😊☀️ I want to start setting longer distance goals for myself as I keep getting better at it!!
Hey Conagh! Just wanted to say I’ve been really enjoying your videos! I also signed up for a half marathon so it’s really encouraging to see your journey :) thank you for sharing!!
I’m doing the GC half marathon too 😊 Great video! I’m also fearing the nervous poo 🤣 I did a 9km run yesterday and was like busting by the end. It was not a nice feeling! But yes they do have portaloos along the way. Other half marathons I’ve done they always have water and electrolyte drinks along the way. First 2 I’ve done, I didn’t eat a thing during and still lived to tell the tale haha. I carbed up the night before though! If you can do 16km you’re gonna smash 21km. Once you get going, you just keep going really!
CONAAAAAGHHHHH!!! omggggggg, I'm so glad you found Natacha, she's amaziiiing, I've been following her for so long and yes, she's like a full all-around athlete with so much knowledge to share to the world🩵🩵🩵
Queen, I watched ur video while I worked out full body for 3 hours today and I love how it feels like being on ft with a friend. Certainly helped me finish strong. Love from Indiana 🤍🤍
I'm training for the same Half Marathon race in a couple weeks and I'm certain we are using the same app! I did the EXACT SAME THING on that tempo run and didn't realise it was 2X THE FIVE SETS! Anyway, I had a meltdown and nearly cried in the street thinking I couldn't do it so you pulled up wayyyyy better than me 😂😂
I’m training for a 10 mile trail run right now and then later this year I’ll be doing 2 half marathons. Hopefully next year I will be doing a marathon💪
LOVING this journey! I'm also doing the gc half again this year wooo - although the past few weeks have definitely been a bit of a burnout/slump/sickness period, so this was perfect timing to start building my discipline & motivation back up 🥹 also how good is Natacha Océane I've been absolutely obsessedddd hahah
Currently 2 weeks out from my first half marathon and have been training since the start of the year so totally get how you feel about the nervousness before long runs, but seems like you're doing so well! I think swapping round your gym days will also help, I try not to have a leg heavy day before longer runs for that reason. One thing I'd say is gels are absolutely magic for runs that are 12km and over - my coach recommends 1 x gel every 5km / 30 mins for runs 12km and over but obviously it's personal preference. I couldn't believe how much of a difference they make - one thing is if you have a slightly sensitive stomach I'd try and go for more natural gels as the others can mess up my stomach a bit. Maurten seem to sit the best for me but they do have a strange texture... Trying out Huma on an 18km tomorrow and Cliff cubes also relatively good. And if you don't like gels then bringing some sweets along is a great idea. Keep the content coming - loving seeing your journey and progression :)
I have found this so encouraging and so helpful!! 💖 As a girl who would have to shave her underarms every day though to be as smooth as yours look, I am curious as to what routine you use? Hope that’s not too much of a weird question 😂
Sorry if you have explained somewhere else, this is the first video of yours that I have seen! (now subscribing!) What plan do you follow? Just wondering where your pace/timings for the interval run came from? :)
I would really appreciate some advice - I started running a year ago for 3 months but then i stopped. I started again 2 months ago and i can run 10k in 1 hour and 15k in 1h 40mins. Im currently 15 years old and im trying to reach a half marathon. Any tips or training plans? Tysm :))
All jokes aside tho, I struggled with this a lot and didn't understand why I always had *to go* on my longer morning runs, until I realized I need 4 hours to digest a small breakfast. Now for long morning runs I have a crumpet w a little PB and Jelly, and half a banana. I typically get up at 5am to eat, go back to bed while I digest and chill until 9, make sure to visit the loo. Only then can I have a stress free bathroom-incident-free run. Sorry for TMI but hoping this helps :)
take a gut supplement that you stir in first thing in the morning; like Metamucil or morning complete; makes you poop like clockwork and then you don't have to stress.
your doing so well with your training. YES the poo lol how did you find a toilet on your run? did you know there was one close? always scares me when im out walking
Amazing video! I am not training for anything specifically but decided one day that I really wanted to be a runner, which of course comes with the running part. 😪 But I am really enjoying it. I also leaned a lot on @Natachaoceane to help me get started. Her tips and tricks as well as science-backed knowledge really helped me! Love watching your journey as I kind of set out on my own! Keep it up, sister! We are all cheering you on 🏆
Place your faith on Jesus. Jesus died so that you can have everlasting life. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. No one gets to the Father but by him. Trust Jesus. Repent. Call Out to Jesus Now Have a good day.
The program I use for my training plans is called Runna!! join.runna.com/lKmc/refer?deep_link_sub1=CONAGH Use code "CONAGH" to get 2 weeks free!
Wait people comment on your running speed when you've had the courage to share it?!! Honestly I can't with some people! You're running and trying it out and enjoying it for you and its no-one else's place to be commenting on your speed if its negative. You are doing amazing!

I have been watching you and Natacha for the longest time! Love both of you!

To run is to live!
🥰🥰🥰
On the run: "I haven't done a poo tho..." I relate to this happening on early morning runs 😂
All jokes aside tho, I struggled with this a lot and didn't understand why I always had *to go* on my longer morning runs, until I realized I need 4 hours to digest a small breakfast. I am literally the slowest runner ever, like my 10k time is 1:20, and i dont care, Im still running ✌🏼
Same 👋🏼 as long as I'm moving forward and without injuries, I don't care 😂
I only hate it when races have a cut off time like 1h 10 mins for 10 Ks :(
@@An_Drea_Calling 10000%!
i feel the same wayyyy when i do shoulders. like my left arm doesn't work as good as my right lolz 😂

take a gut supplement that you stir in first thing in the morning; like Metamucil or morning complete; makes you poop like clockwork and then you don't have to stress.
Hi Conagh 🥰 Does running hurt the girlies? I had mine done 2 years ago but I can’t run more than 1km without them hurting 😭
i personally find it’s not an issue!! definitely look into the gymshark high support sports bras! xx
Love this for you
