I would never defend this drunk asshole, but people can get fat because of their disability. It's very difficult to move when you have chronic pain and your body doesn't work. That is my situation. I weighed a lot less before my body stopped working. Now where I would actually question her disability is her ability to fight those cops and scream and exert so much energy. I wouldn't be able to do that at all.

Same! 2011, I was 19. These videos make me want to look him up and write a letter. Not a day goes by that I don't thank God for that officer. He was genuinely worried about me at a time when I really needed someone to be.
I'm a 24 yr old black man and i was arrested for driving drunk by Chicago PD when i was 19 but i gave up drinking since i was 20. My wife is white and we was pulled over by Winnetka IL PD back in her hometown for driving too fast on Green Bay Road last year. I told them that I was sorry for speeding too fast and they basically let me go with a warning so i basically stopped driving too fast like wild wild west like i did on the Southside of Chicago. I would ride down Stony Island like a racetrack with the wrong crowd of people but i learned my lesson. The disabled lady was rude and arrogant, the cops was very respectful to her racist self. My wife is deaf and she doesn't used her disability as an excuse for bad behaviors.
I used to speed constantly. I lived in a small town of about 2000 people, and I had about 15 miles of straight, empty road to get to work. I was going about 85mph, no one else on the road, then a car comes up over the hill so I let off the gas. As they get closer, I see it's a cop. Shit. He passed me, then I see in the rearview he does a u-turn and hits the lights. I pull over, he says he clocked me at 68 in a 55 and adds "but your speed was dropping". He let me go with a warning, which I think was only because it was like 11:45a and he was probably thinking about his food getting cold. Even 68 would've been 13 over, a pretty steep ticket, but if he'd got me at 85, 30 over, I'd have been royally fucked. That was the last day I sped. Now I just go 2-5mph over just to be courteous to the people behind me.
Same here, I’m from Europe. Different world out there in the US. But the image Europeans have about US police is wrong. They are very professional and capable.
Grab a notepad and pen. This advice is free. Here is my secret to getting out of drunk driving stops: 1) Don't tell the officer you "had two drinks" before driving 2) Do tell the officer you "had no drinks" before driving 3) Actually have no drinks before driving. Works every time.

They know that the judge won't do anything to them because it's all on bodycam footage video and they would dismissed her suing case and she would have to pay the judge and lawyers their money back. Which is why I love bodycam footage videos.
Yea I have severe back issues (mostly disc issues) and I hate seeing people who would be FINE if they could lose some weight. Like damn I WISH I had the appetite they did, the pain basically kills my ability to eat.
this comment makes it seem like fat people cant be disabled though which theres plenty of people i know who are huge and disabled because of other things
She’s got all these medical problems and she’s disabled, but it’s amazing how she can fight with the officers. She did this all to herself. Takes no responsibility blames it on her disability and uses threat of lawsuit as shield.
Somehow I doubt she actually has a real disability and just has a case of the fats and got lucky with a doctor who gave in and gave her a handicap tag.
Not all older people are rude and grumpy like this lady in this video. I met some older people that was decent human beings just trying to live life and enjoy their happiness.

I get tired of seeing people like this give every excuse about disability when ive been denied disability 4 times and I was born without my left arm, had cancer, had a kidney die, had sepsis, etc, etc, etc and I would NEVER refuse anything I could actually do. These people make it harder for people who need it.
Have you hired a lawyer? I have horrible mental illness and had cancer as well. I was denied 2 times then hired a probono lawyer. They got it for me real quick.
I have cancer and I'm begging the dr to let me back to work. I'm gonna run out of money and I miss my friends there. I loved them guys. Doc said next month so I got my fingers crossed. I haven't applied for disability yet though. I think that's mostly because I just want to work. If I can't go back next month I am going to have to. I'll run out of my savings in another 6 months or so. That's what I have been living on the past year.

Let's play a drinking game! Take a single shot every time she pulls the victim card by saying something like "I've got a bad...". You win if you haven't gone to the hospital and you're still alive after taking the last shot, and may or may not win some sessions at your local AA for alcoholism.
The cops are supposed to ask you if you have any physical or mental health problems that would prevent you from properly doing the test. You have a right to not do the test without being counted as a refusal. Also if you are over 65 you dont have to do the test as well if your body weight is important to your height. Thats a federal law. This cop violated this womans Rights. She told her her problems and the pos cop is forcing her to do something she is physically unable to do. I have a lots of physical health problems caused by sports injuries and a career in construction. I don't drink and I can't do the heel to toe walk or stand on one foot. Most of these cops aren't even certified to conduct these tests which they are supposed to be by federal law. Those that are " trained" were handed certification more for attendance rather than actually learning or, they just ignore what they were taught. Theres a DUZi lawyer in Tennessee that would destroy this cop on the stand
@@CraigGrant-sh3in But they didnt make her do the heel toe walk. They just made her follow the finger, are you saying she is medically unable to do that too? @@VladmirPoopNEXACTLY!! I have never been able to understand officers who know how drunk people are going to be, but still choose violence and over aggression! She stated she has a disability & that would / could significantly impact her ability to perform a field sobriety test.. I'm speaking on the disability portion alone not what she already submitted to drinking...
The sobriety test is used to decide ona breathalizer test..FORGET the test and go Straight to the breathalizer test. Thats where all that is headed anyway
Arrest BINGO: - "I didn't do anything" - "I have to pick up my kids" - “I don't have my ID" - Immediately calls someone - Asks to call someone - Cries after committing a crime (as if it's shocking this is happening) - Resists arrest - Flees - Asks reason for arrest - Scared of police - Asks for phone - Has a criminal record - Won't provide name - Won’t shut up - Brings up a lawyer - Needs to use the bathroom - Has a warrant - Yells instead of speaking at a reasonable decibel - Repeats same three words over and over. - Spits - I’m pregnant - Fake name - I have anxiety (from consequences) - I’m tired - bro bro bro - Length of fake eyelashes corresponds to level of drama that is going to unfold. - That’s not mine - What I do? - I was scared - Don’t touch me - Call the real police
I do partly agree with this. Another way to look at it is that they’ve most likely experienced racism towards them so they have a predisposition to think everyone is. In this case the cops obviously weren’t being racist.

Glad you’re one of the good guys now.
I got a dui at 19, too. I also stopped drinking, and I'm 32 now. Once was enough 😅
@TheArborphiliac "9 is fine." Normally, you don't get pulled over until 10 or over.
Yall need to look up the definition of racism.

Here is my secret to getting out of drunk driving stops:
1) Don't tell the officer you "had two drinks" before driving
2) Do tell the officer you "had no drinks" before driving
3) Actually have no drinks before driving.
Works every time.
😂😂
Works for me
I was driving around 8 pm yesterday and saw at least 2 drunk drivers on the way home. We have a big problem with drunk drivers in east Texas
Good advice. I laugh when people come on here and say “don’t do any tests and don’t admit to anything”. How about don’t drive drunk?
Can confirm. I’ve never been pulled over or arrested for drunk driving because I’ve never driven drunk. It’s a great trick that works every time.
