- Here's a classic commercial for the "vertical checkers" game Connect Four (Connect 4) with the memorable line, "Pretty Sneaky, Sis..."

Something interesting about this commercial. No background music or theme music, but it's one of the most easily remembered and memorized commercials ever.
I had this game, it had a factory defect, it would always accidentally fall on the floor when I was about to lose. In fact all my games had the same defect.

I only heard this phrase on The Office when Andy said it to Pam. Then I'm watching Daybreak and Wesley says it and I think it's an Office reference but that seems like a pretty obscure Office reference so I had to Google it and find this.

This, operation, Mikey and life cereal rand for decades probably because the majority of people did not watch cable TV except for movies and with only three net work channels, and independent like WGN or a UHF like Field communication the advertisement did well just by virtue of saturation
We didn't have miniature pocket sized, networked computers that we could take everywhere back then. So we didn't get bored as quickly.

1981, so I was 13 and remember this commercial WELL! Why? Because of the way the pieces seem to automatically dropout by themselves at the end. Yes! So I begged for it and got it. Nope, got scammed.
