yeah I use airwatch and the profile is installed as soon as its connected to company wifi before phone is even setup at the factory setup with out a icloud or itunes account. with intune its making me go into the device with a icloud account just to install the intune app where is with airwatch is pushed with out one because profile is installed at phone setup. Is there a way on a new device to have the intune profile installed before you get to the home screen and with out a icloud account?
So for the last part where we're doing Apps, does that mean for any new apps that I want to download, even if I'm not in a work environment, I have to login to Microsoft intune and download it from there? Will I still have the ability to download apps from my iOS instead of logging in? Thank you.

However, you should still have the ability to download apps from your iOS device without logging in to Intune. Our goal was to: 1) If the phone was lost or stolen, be able to wipe it or lock it for email. 2) control email so it can only be assessed in the US. Let me verify the 2nd one and ask again if I have anymore questions but that helped!

for Intune company port app is for end users.. and Microsoft endpoint manager portal for Admins and help desk team...
