    I was looking for a lightweight blower for my deck. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxgioZQl3J5wPGAeDINzbieKbT5qomSEx3 There are some huge trees around my house and the leaves and pods drop all over my deck. Having to move furniture around to sweep has become too big a chore. This blower was the answer. It is light enough for this 70yr old lady and powerful enough to blow all the tree droppings off my rather large deck. Thank you B&D. Be aware the cord is not included. I use a 3 prong outdoor cord 25' cord for my 12' x 20' deck. The cord retainer works very well, but don't try to pass the plug through it. That is NOT how it works. You just have to loop the cord and it works great. One of my best purchases. Very happy.

    I've done tree and landscape work for 12 years now, started my own company last year...and there isnt a single other name I trust for my companies tools than STIHL. this video is also a prime example of someone like me who hasnt completely been on board with battery powered equipment. And its awesome to see that stihl is concentrated on making that a huge priority in this industry to make the switch at a nice pace. I'm excited to try out some of this new equipment... and ESPECIALLY proud of STIHL for making the Kombi attachments compatible with the existing gas powered head units. Other companies would have made you buy an entire new line up. Chainsaws I'll stick with my powerful gas pro saws....but I'm excited to try out the Kombi units and some other stuff when it comes to battery. Also the new backpack blowers......YES, these will be amazing I garuntee it. "ProMark Forestry" in Wichita, KS stands behind the STIHL name that's FOR SURE!

      @rogermurph101 5 лет назад

      Josh Jones nah. Batteries wear out and have to be replaced, and they’re stupid expensive. For the commercial stuff, the backpack is a dealbreaker. I guess it will work for homeowners that can’t handle gas and oil. That’s kinda sad for them. I ran electric for a few years, not worth it. Messing with gas is just easier and better results. I don’t see that changing.

      @@rogermurph101 what make and model did you run because this is the first time I've seen equipment this impressive. And it's only gonna get better and cheaper. There was a dude with a push behind mower at one point who tried one of the first combustion mowers and said the same thing as you. Everything evolves.

    Echo is better. Save some $ and get the best. My guys sprint to grab the Echo. Easier start, crazy power, lighter weight, and less money. Even after years of abuse. Trust me.

    I have never seen a Stihl that wasn't broken, actually never heard one run in real life. Chainsaw or weedtrimmer.

      @@jmwarden1 I'll update, yes I've seen Stihl's used by professionals. But the ones my friends owned or ones I've acquired just would not start. I think mostly the trigger mechanism. Maybe it's just a fluke in my life but I wouldn't buy one.

      most people who dont do landscaping for a living they never maintain there equipment, but still buy the best known brand for quality, which is why there is alot of Stihls around. Air filters, triggers, spark plugs, lines, caps will all break givin a few years. they need to be maintained and replaced regularly.
      your really paying for the quality of the engine system which can almost always be fixed if it goes out of tune with a stihl.

    If company’s are going to start making more futuristic battery economy safe tools they need to realize no one is going to buy them and want to save the economy because gas tools still and will always be the superior and cheap way to get things done quick and cheap, company’s need to lower the prices of there new tools if they want us hard working folks to even pay attention to there new products
