In the beginning, the narrator said that Criselda was the ex-girlfriend of the lead actor. She left him for another man, a politician. However, when the politician found out that she was pregnant with another man, he didn’t want to be with Criselda. Criselda, being sick, at that time didn’t say what disease. She decided to leave her twins to the ex-boyfriend, who is the father. So, that she could concentrate on her health. Moving forward, when Criselda and the ex-boyfriend met at the hospital, Criselda failed to mention that the ex-boyfriend was the real father. Even to the end of the story, the matter wasn't discussed. It is a nice story. Even though for some of us who pay too much attention to minute details, it's leaves a question mark as to why the omission?
It's there, in Criselda's confession at the hospital. She clearly said that the father of the twins is the politician but already dead. There's no discussion about Rocco and Criselda's past. It's because Rocco is not the father of the twins.
I think you missed some part of the story po. 🙂 It was never said that Rocco was the real father of the twins. Instead, it was the politician who denied/declined the children even before they were born. Criselda just decided to leave the twins to Rocco given the fact that both him and Samantha have always wanted to have a baby but never get the chance to have one.
I stand corrected. I had a bad accident and on medication when I listened to the audio. I loved listening to all the stories. Most especially now that my accident requires a complete bed rest.
