Are you using a single stitch plate or the side-ways hole, and did you drop the feed dogs?

Greetings. When using the Zig-Zag BSR, are the feed dogs up or down? It looked like they were up. And do you use a Single Stitch Plate or Zig-Zag Stitch Plate?

      Hi Gwen,
You need to use a Zig-Zag plate. Your Bernina Machine will guide you through the process of setting up and will show you must drop the feed dogs. Watch the videos on RUclips - International Bernina.

Once you get to 1:42/4.40 mins., you can see that the feed dogs are down and the zig-zag plate is in place.

This would not be single hole plate as it is zigzag..did you drop the feeddogs?
