@@prabhakarkillana6009 That's why "bail is the norm and jail is the exception" rule should apply or else government gonna pick up whomever it wants on flimsy grounds and throw them in jail. In such a scenario atleast the rich guy has a competent lawyer to get bail but poor guy? No way.
"Bail is the rule" ofcourse it is !! There is a reason a middle class or poor person has no expectations from court !!
