I’ve been trying to catch crappie on Seminole for more than 20 years and you have caught more in this video than I have in the past 20 years combined I just can’t seem to find any
Good Greifers,, looks like you Need to visit the ole Chattahoochee More often,,, People overlook these Rivers And The Crappie/Panfish for big Slaboo Godzilla Crappie,, Man alive that's some monster Crappie
I tell you “You’re the man crappie fishing”! I live close to Tired Creek Lake and fished there all day Saturday and couldn’t catch a crappie! I couldn’t even locate them! I did catch some bream on a pole and live worms! The water deeper than 16 ft looks like it had a thermocline or silt and didn’t see any fish deeper than that! I haven’t caught crappie since January! May head to Seminole! Lol
Great video as always! What I seen others do for that thick growth is they have a pole with a rake or spade on the end and they open small holes above the crappie so they can get their jig in there.
Before livescope, I tried using a fly rod as a crappie rod. Bad idea. The guides on the rod did not work well with regular fishing line. Casting was awful.
He is spot on about the fly rods. I’m no crappie expert (yet) I used to club bass fish and sold fishing tackle for 12 years back in the early 90’s I sold ALOT of fly rods in S. La to SacALait fisherman below i10. they work ok with a bobber and jig but as far as tight lining or casting not so great. If I would have listened to those Cajun fishermen asking for a fly rod with big eyes 20+years ago. I would be retired already. Great video! Kerplunk Capt. Vic Let me know when you want to do a La. Trout/redfish/bass video? Still learning perspective mode in shallow salt water.
