In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind ( The new Power Rangers beat em up video game that's coming out late this year in 2024) the team faces off against a robotic reincarnation of the Power Rangers' long-time nemesis. Robo-Rita has conjured a portal to send herself back in time so she can finally vanquish the Power Rangers by forming an alliance with her younger self. Working together, Robo-Rita and Rita Repulsa rewind, rewrite, and remix the past in an attempt to stop the very formation of the Power Rangers, altering the course of history. Will the two Ritas and their army of monstrous enemies from across the MMPR timeline finally succeed in destroying the Power Rangers? Or will these teenagers with attitude learn to work together and counter this catastrophic chronological collaboration
used to love that movie gg game, beat it so many times lol funny how they all had diff enemies and zords between systems despite being basically the same game, there were more tf games than all of mmpr combined
Historically 2D beat-em-ups don't translate into 3D well. There are exceptions of course, but generally it doesn't work well. I would rather they keep it 2D and make it really good (lots of cameos, unlocks, costumes, etc...).

Never understood why companies make a game that is based on a team only to make them single player. Power Rangers the movie was close co op but I found the game to be absurdly hard. Rita’s rewind and mega battle for ps4 seem to hit it right
First SNES game is solid for what it is and the time it came out. Genesis/Megadrive movie is also very good, possibly the best of the era. SNES movie would be way better if you had a bigger health bar or infinite lives/continues. The GBA games (and Time Force GBC) are fine, not great, just fine. PS1 Lightspeed is fine but too easy. I'd have played the 3DS games, the tag-in mechanic is solid and seems built in the gameplay instead of a tacked-on thing, it makes it be a team of Rangers, not just the one you choose. Wii Samurai is more on the slow repetitive end but seems interesting.
While technically not "power rangers" could have shown the Zyuranger game for the NES. It's a trip to see The SNES side scrollers had some banging soundtracks tho ..no disrespect for the Sega one that has the digitized show themes...but the original music was awesome
Power Rangers on an unreal engine…. Come on Game Devs…. I got a ps5 waiting… lets gooooo - Morphing on command, power weapon skill trees, on command, live zord mechanics, putties randomly spawning (like heartless in Kingdom hearts) multiplayer mode, online mode where you can team up with other power ranger teams around the world… open world teleporting (fast travel) to and from the command center….. enemies get stronger as you level up… power ranger character customization so players can add their personal touch….bruh… come on….

Power Rangers never had any games on the NES, the Famicom games are Super Sentai, not Power Rangers, and they were only released in Japan. If you want to see them, I made a video with the Super Sentai games.
