Always disappointing to lose your first game, the defending wasn’t the best though it was against a decent Ipswich side who will be up there come the end of the season and Pompey will definitely be top 6 because we’ve been decent so far, great to see Bishop scoring though his penalties were only consolations in the end. Hopefully we’ll bounce back immediately from this, PUP. 🔹🔷🔵💙
We did well against Ipswich. They are a strong side! The most important thing to take from this game was our attitude, the cards were down for us most of the game but we didn't stop fighting, and that's the attitude we need to push for promotion.
@@paulikens6443Obviously every fan wants automatic, but it's a tough league. Imagine how sick a trip to Wembley to play Plymouth in the final would be. I'd take that
he scored , he was happy , no drama . It's not like he ran over to the pompey fans and goaded them . This refusing to celebrate against your old club is bogus . The loyalty is to their bank accounts & family & why shouldn't it be....
WOW freak goal took our unbeaten record, Yes we could of played better, it's looking like the enforced break didn't help, BUT if can keep going like we have 1 loss in 10, every 10 games then promotion it is, #KeepTheFaith & #PLAYUPPOMPEY
Ipswich fans saying they weren’t penalties are obviously blind or something as they were both clear pens. We can definitely play better and I’m hoping for a 4-0 win against Fleetwood. PUP🔵⚪️🔵⚪️
I'm an Ipswich fan and I think they were both pens - just! I also think you created nothing other than those two gifts from us. We should've been clear in the first 30 mins. Good luck for the rest of the season.
Well I mean they were better Crowley has built a decent team but this shows the difference and we should avoid the championship as Ipswich will be whipping boys up there and if they get whipped every week with a owner who invests in the club well we’ll be screwed
I thought we looked the better side in possession for most of the game, their first goal came from a foul which is disappointing, but once again the biggest problem this defence has is dealing with crosses into the box, it's not an Ariel problem... Rags Morrison and Robertson are all big lads, their positioning is regularly well out of place and there's a general hesitation which is killing us, still a close game that we deserved at least a point from against what is clearly one of the best sides in the league, can't complain too much, once again dane continues to be a brilliant and lively problem for any defence we face and Colby is just a reliable goalscoring certainty, would like to see how a double pivot between tuni and pack works in the games where teams really make the midfield a battle, I think it provides a more solid set up, I love Lowery and morrell but they struggle with the physical battle.
@@stevehoward8570 in terms of when we had the the ball I genuinely think we developed better patterns of play, the game is about alot more than just scoring goals, if you think we played badly then you clearly don't know ball, Ipswich had alot of the ball but honestly they rarely looked dangerous until they started shifting the ball wide and crossing it, which as I stated we don't deal with well enough, the first pen came from a lovely bit of play, and the second to be fair is a rash challenge but it came from Ronan being lively and worrying their defence a fair bit throughout the game whenever he started running at them, so both pens came largely through our own work which reflects the way we played. We have been playing brilliant football all season, the Plymouth game was probably the worst performance and we looked decent in that game as well, give the boys credit rather than having a meltdown just cos a game didn't go our way ffs

This highlights is all Ipswich first time we get a big challenge we play like this
No clue what we where doing with that 3rd goal
Always gonne be a tough game, glad we pushed it close. Still massively on for top 6.
yea great be in the top 6 cuz we always do so well in the play-offs

Dont rate Harness celebrating his goal like that no hate to the guy or anything but he's fresh out of a 3 or 4 year spell with us lol

He was being booed by your fans before he’d even kicked a ball
Pompey fans were booing him when he was on the ball I don’t blame him
Has to be said that our defence is shocking and needs to be addressed if we have a chance of going up, just look at the spaces, so open.
Colby is my neighbour can not wait to speak to him about the game
Triste pela derrota, mas o campeonato ainda é longo, pra cima Portsmouth 🔵🔵
Saludos desde españa. Animo portsmouuuuuuuuth🔵⚪🔵⚪🔵⚪
Look like harness celebrate which is fine I guess in the moment but tapping the badge is abit disrespectful to Pompey I love the lad as well

@@jacob.curtis5717 I wasn’t aware of this 😂
@Fournilwrittenalloverit - Tom yes harness scored against his old club pompey yesterday. Keep The Faith & Play Up Pompey
Sed wen pompey beat my beloved vale, midtable finish for em,,,nowts changed
Having a PE teacher as a manager is a no go sorry Portsmouth you gotta get rid of him if you wana be in top 6 end of season he's clueless.
yawn , PE teacher BS - GTFO , he is doing a good job

it’s Cowley 😃
I agree that it would be difficult with our current squad, but we've got ample finances to strengthen and challenge at that level.
Ah sorry auto type

Sorry but what game were you watching? 7 shots 2 on target with 38% of the possession and “you looked the better side”.?????
only 2 shots on target which were penalties. how can you say you were the better side??
This guy is delusional I swear
