Here’s a note The Boys didn’t know about Fugu:
-Often times, master chefs who prepare the dish often will leave the tiniest amount of the fish’s poison in the portions they serve to the customers. The reason being, they want to give the customer a slight euphoric high as they are enjoying the dish.
-The chef is also supposed to have studied Toxicology to ensure they know how to neutralize the poison in the event they have miscalculated with the preparation of the dish.
It is for this reason that it has been illegal to serve Fugu to the Royal Family.
That's probably why Mully was laughing so much lol

You can go to restaurants in Japan that serve non-toxic pufferfish. They're raised on fish farms where they are kept away from the bacteria that makes them so poisonous.
Trust the chef. It is mandatory from the government for any chef who is going to handle Fugu to have a lot of experience with pufferfish when serving it to the customer. For sure, the chef is going to be hella stress because one little mistake from cutting Fugu and his life is going down hill like a rollercoster.
