I really enjoy seeing Mully talk about the food with his knowledge of food from actually being a cook
He doesn't have much knowledge about Asian cooking. You can definitely have bones in your curry, us here in Asia eat it like that everytime, though I do prefer boneless meat

Edit: Ok, since so many people are getting heated over my comment, yes, I do remember him saying he used to be a chef at a restaurant. However, some also are saying he just washed dishes and would sometimes be a line cook. I don't know the details of what he did, but clearly more recent videos proved he was an actual chef and didn't JUST wash dishes like some may claim. Those who know how restaurants work, should know that when learning about the culinary arts and how to do it, you have to start in a restaurant washing dishes to sort of "earn your place" (depending on the type of restaurant) and then just continuing on from there.
