Instagram password reset help: Why you should not put time on Instagram

I have an ‪@instagram‬ account named know.how.studio that all of my clients and friends are there, after I changed my phone ( ‪@Apple‬ user) forgot my password, whenever I try resetting my password through the app or the web, Instagram says: Password reset link is sent to your email. BUT it is never sent!! Then I check my spam, I search my inbox, and there is no reset password email from them. I can see other emails from Instagram such as "see what's been happening" and other promotional email, the only email I can not receive is the password reset link. I am so frustrated and read all the Instagram support pages word by word many time. If you know anyone working for @Facebook or @Meta or you have a IT support friend please tag them.

I forgot my username, I only remembered one part of it and there was another person with the same name, I clicked on it and it said that it send them an email with a code... I DIDNT KNOW I WAS LOGGING INTO SOMEBODY ELSE'S ACCOUNT!! I was panicking lol. and I feel really bad bro🤦‍♀️holy shit😂
