Deb has had hiking the Cocora Valley on her bucket list for a while and Sean is always up for a good hike, so when we visited Colombia it only made sense to take a quick jaunt over to Salento. The town is a quaint, tourist-friendly town and the Mirador del Cocora hotel was a great splurge - just for the views alone.
